on a 4G i would go 10.5, but i have a 3G. I was leaning towards the 10, but you're right with the 10 being more safe.

how aggressive is a +23 offset? go +28 and add spacer if needed.

I want the most lip possible.

So the lower offset will give me more lip, adding a spacer won't give me more lip later.

Man.... tough decisions.

i have an accord which is pretty much the same as the 3g tl, and I ran a 9.5" with +15 offset and it'll fit, only issue is you have to either mod your shock towers for clearance or live with the constant slap of the ball joint....

I didn't know the 6G accords could fit that in the fronts.

I know what you mean man. When I installed the SPC balljoints on my 02 accord, it was the big mistake. big thuds every time i hit a big dip.

Now I know and will go with the Skunk2 UCAs to help avoid that bumping.

I would think their fitments is close to the 2G CL/TL and the 7G Accord is closer to the 3G TL

yup my biggest regret is installing spc balljoints.
but yea if my 6th gen can do a 9.5 in the front you should easily be able to.
heres my front fitment the wheels were turned slightly to the left so its sticking out a little bit, but my setup had the lip of the rim flush with my fenders.

granted i did have to run about -5 degrees of camber

Can anyone recommend a good looking five spoke wheel with a lip? I've been searching for months and now these designs are starting to look the same. The ones I seem to find that I like are always 3PC Forged running $1200/rim I'd rather not pay that much.

Doesn't the Charger need like 21s or 22s since it's a pretty big car?

Stock size is 20 but I'd like to leave it that size. Want to stay more on the performance side.

I like these ones a lot. I was considering them for a while until i got the BC forged's for my car.

http://www.conceptonewheelsusa.com/v...cutive-edition

they have other designs as well but I like these the best since they are concave. because everyone knows that concave is the best. LOL

Well against my better judgement I'll have to get 22s now. The 20s look like training wheels since the car is so big. These are what I'm looking at getting these Giovannas..

They will be concave plus they will appear to have lip because of the flange on the inside of the wheel.

Anybody from here going to the euro berkeley marina meet on next Saturday 1/19/13? Looks like my bmw is not gonna be ready by then and might bring my tsx out there. I dont want to be the only acura rolling in. It's mainly a Euro event and other cars are welcome but trying to get an SF member to roll with.

not going

here is a link tho
http://www.m3forum.net/m3forum/showp...7&postcount=32

what is funny is that he said they'd goto TI if it got shutdown at berkeley....
seriously, you wouldn't believe how many recent meets turned belly up because of the organizers.

somebody was organizing a evo/sti meet a couple weeks ago, several hundred cars, didn't get permissions from treasure island, i made him aware of the costs for an event, he finally contacted them and changed the event to a huge private parking lot used by the giants stadium. then again, he didn't get permissions to have an event in THAT parking lot, was contacted by the lot owners, and it was shut down.....

in a couple weeks, an Initial D fans car meet was going to happen on TI, again with no permissions and several hundred cars going. followed the posts on the FB page, talked to him about event costs and rules and regulations on TI, he contacted TI, and thusly moved the meet to another location.

people feel that they are entitled to just make huge car meets wherever they want because "it's public parking lot"
no, it's not quite as public as you think. treasure island is controlled, and requires $1500+ for large events. you can't just expect to be able to drive up with a massive group there. small groups still seem to be OK. but hundreds of cars is NOT ok to them.

the organizers CAN be held responsible and CAN be fined for such a thing.

I was there too! That was freaking hilarious, mobile PA rickrolling.

This is the meet where we realized there aren't many (if any) public restrooms or port-a-potties on TI.

The Euro Meet at Berkeley Marina was looking good....UNTIL someone complained to the local boys in blue...then, all done after roughly 2 hours...LOL
There's an Initial D Reunion Meet (all other cars are welcome also) at LaFayette Reservoir this coming Saturday morning.
There's also the Steezystanced Meet at Milpitas Qwikly's location off Barber Lane this coming Saturday night.
I know, I know...I should post on the meets thread...but all info can be found on FB anyways so...

lol just came back to see what the latest info on this.
saw this post http://www.m3forum.net/m3forum/showp...1&postcount=56
racing in a parking lot? lol oh geeze, no wonder cops bust up meets that don't have permission to use parking lots.

this is exactly what happened to the MASSIVE car meet in pleasanton quite a few months ago. but that one had like a few thousand cars from all clubs descending on a parking lot of like 300~ with zero permission from the lot.
pleasanton police brought in barricades on trucks to block the parking lot, as well as the stoneridge mall parking lot.
i posted some pictures in the iclub thread of the barricades http://www.i-club.com/forums/meeting...2/#post3322786

i've been posting in that meet! the organizer initially wanted to do it on TI, but obviously (as i've explained) you need $$$ and event permits there.
so it's moved to lafayette reservoir, and he got permission from East bay parks, which is good cause then it's a legit meet instead of being busted up!!!
i actually posted a status reply last night and counted the parking spots to see if they'd have enough. as long as it doesn't spread out crazily to EVERY car club out there, it should be plenty of room. 260~ on the FB page said "going". i'm a maybe depending on if i put my new exhaust on friday.

idk about the racing part, but there were some that did loud exhaust revving, which didn't help much either

the massive car meet at pleasanton last year was a big bust coz why post on Fb such a huge expected turnout...LOL we ended up not going and just had a local gathering with other teams in Milpitas...some of which, came from the pleasanton meet...LOL
I'll be going with a friend who'll be taking his panda Levin to the meet

I could call up Umigo in Livermore and see if they will give us permission for a meet. They've done it before and its pretty cool there. Or maybe the nice Dublin PD would like to let us use a part of Hacienda on a sunday night or something.
