Chokin- Nice to hear, I remember you had that tsx and an s4? Either way way to stay with the acura family haha. I'm checking out a '96 328is tomorrow though, I found one in pretty good condition and near by so I'm hopefully going to buy it..

Jorge- I'm doing really well, just staying busy with school and what not.. I did sell the rims though :/ It was a tough decision but the guy buying the car was firm that he wanted them. How are you? How's the type-s?

And I can personally vouch for Janik's details, we did my car a couple times.. I have some pics somewhere, he's a master behind the wheel of that buffer!

I'm not sure who to pull for in the Super Bowl...both teams fans are annoying as hell!

Hopefully the commercials are good...

Well At least we are faithfull. I work with a Viking fan who became an Atlanta fan the he was Packer backer, then a Niner fan and now he is a Patriot fan. This is the Brett Farve syndrome. They are all unsure of what they want.

Yeah...opened up the boxes, and just staring at the parts on my floor. They look good sitting on the floor, so I can only imagine what they'll look like on the car!

Patriots win the Superbowl, it's just got to be what it got to be. If Vegas and gambling has nothing to do with Pro NFL, it's not entertaining. It's all set up and it's all about money. Giant's has the public pounding them since the playoffs, as of right now, they are at 60% public favors---which means, they're due for an upset.

I got a question for everyone lol. You guys ever notice a low pitch (supercharger) like wine say under 30mph? Mines has been doing that since the day I bought it(60K miles) and I've been shaking it off as maybe it's normal?. Anyhow if it's not normal, I will take it in to the dealership since I have extended power-train warranty. Any answers to my question would be of great help guys, TIA.

Look at the stats the patriots are favored to win by the bookies just like the last time they met in 2007. The results will be the same in this superbowl Giants will be triumfant.

Doesn't sound normal to me; at least I can say that it doesn't happen with my car. Since it's under warranty, I would just take it in and have it checked out.

Before taking it to the dealership, listen to where the problem is coming from. This could be done with a stethoscope if you have one in handy. BUT, I'll name some problems that could cause that noise.
Transmission, belts, pullies, tensioners, water pump, altentator, power steering, tranny fluid, and other minor things.

Thanks for all your fast replies to my question guys . I will have to drop my car off to the dealership for a diagnostic when I get the chance since it's still under extended warranty.

Probably won't be until Spring most likely. Right now the TL is all tucked away in the garage, nice and warm, hibernating!

Not sure if this is common or not, but my passenger side window doesn't seem to want to roll up sometimes.. I noticed it on Saturday night, rolled the pass window down to say something to my gf, and it wouldn't roll up.. Was quite annoying driving home with a window down when it was snowing. Got home, got it up, next day, same thing...

After I roll it down, i'll try to roll it up, but it acts like something is triggering the sensor, as if something is "blocking" the window from going up, then it rolls back down. My thought was maybe ice/snow got in there somehow, but after having the car in a heated garage for 12+ hours, it did the same thing.. any thoughts?

Motor is goin out. - $30 - $91.56 for the Regulator/Motor, if your warranty expires go universal stuff. Find some on ebay for less to OEM at $92.

Buy a can of silicon spray bring the window down and spray all along the rubber channel of the window track . let it dry and then try it. this should take care of your problem.

What he is describing is not the motor going out it is the safety feature on the tl window sensor that if the window jams it thinks your hand is caught so for safety the motor rolls the window back down.

He should try the key fob before the spray. Hold the key, all windows down, roll all windows up. If your passenger goes up, repeat. It may just needs to be reset. Lubing should be next, and if it all fails, get a new regulator. All I'm saying. I love tomatoes, keep em coming, lol.
