Yes Jorge the bulletin for the mirror's is on 06-08 TL's. The part is aprox. $30
Door Mirror Actuator: P/N 76210-STX-H03. Give me a call when your back home so we can figure out a plan for those wheels.
I'll give them a hollar on Monday. I have the problem with the mirrors as well. Only happens in the cold though... Although I have settings saved, it moves the mirror to the very top and sits there clicking.. I'm guessing it's $30 for the part and I install?

Hoover wheel alignment in Minneapolis. Ask to talk to Marty. He is a good friend of mine. He always does good work and he is the only one that touches my suspension.

Dropped the TL off at the local Acura dealer for the Seat memory and HFL issues. The warranty place isn't open on weekends, so they gave me a 2011 RDX as a loaner till they get everything straight with warranty and see if they will cover the repair and parts come Monday.

If you're scared of the smell and drone from the PCD's. (Drone with aftermarket exhaust not stock) Then you should look into the HFC, although I don't think the gains will be as good as PCD's but better than stock. Probably what I will be going with whenever I pick up a exhaust set-up along with the j-pipe.

Drone or rasp ? is the smell noticable in the cabin ?
I have heard of rasp and a lot of it lol...
I currently have RV6 Jpipe and Tsudo cat back, I will add a magnaflow resonator if I go with PCD's.

^sounds like a good plan. Hopefully somebody with PCD's can give you better answers as I have no experience what so ever with PCD, HFC, or j-pipe as of yet. I'm just making mines look pretty right now lol.

Your car looks great, I want your wheels in black !
I really like the power mods but im trying not to spend too much money, I bought my jpipe and cat back used for 600 both and its a blast...the top end power greatly increased from it, I would like to add V3 PCDs and thermoblock spacers by next summer.
The funny thing is after 3 months of owning the TL, I still havent really pushed it... just enjoying the comfort, power and elegance

Thanks . I'm actually in the process of selling them lol. Yeah, same here too. Almost a year of owning mines and I'm still enjoying the quietness and stock power. That's cause my previous car was slow...lol.

The smell is not an issue. As far as rasp only once in a while between 2500-3000 RPM. I do not let it drop down that much.

Glad to hear you're liking the PCD's, Takata. Like he said, you don't really notice the smell unless you remove the third cat. Then it gets bad. I actually kinda liked the rasp at 2500 RPMs. It was more of a growl than a traditional 'farty' rasp.

If you're looking to add a resonator, I've got a BNIB Vibrant resonator here that I won't use. Let me know if you need it.

I'm currently thinking of picking up a 2011 MDX Advance package in the next few yrs depending how things come into play and ect. Finally a car where I can drive worry free. Not having to worry about: what roads to and not to take, weather's nasty out so I'll stay in, car's too low ect. I'll give all that up for a 2011 MDX advance.

I think i know who it is... I heard he got that beast running. He checks in every once in a while, so maybe we will get some footage from the dyno session.

You can do that with your car just adjuts your coil overs. When I did not have a winter car my 04 TL was my DD I just kept it clean in the winter and drove through snow no problem.

Ppi?

I'll post here instead of a new thread..... sorry, it's too long to read the whole thing, but it seems very active.

I'm looking to get a 2003 CL-S 6MT, and there's one in Oakdale MN that I've been discussing with the owner. Can anyone recommend a good shop to do a PPI (or, even better, any members own/have access to a shop... I'd pay you for solid "forum advice"!).

Hoping to get something with lower miles, swap out the mods from my 01 and enjoy driving again

HAHA! Sorry, I guess I wasn't clear in what I needed. I'll swap the parts myself once I get whatever car I buy home to Philadelphia.

I'm only considering 03 CL-S vehicles w/ a 6sp. As such, my search in national as there's only one available within driving distance of my house. I need a PPI (Private Party Inspection) done on any potential purchase for piece of mind. My intent is to gauge condition and negotiate via the onwers on the intrawebz, get the inspection done (at my expense) by a third-party to ensure the condition is as described, then fly out to pick it up.

The best opportunity I've seen to this point is a car that is currently in Oakdale, MN. I believe that's about 30 minutes outside the Twin Cities, so I'm looking for a shop or local Acura enthusiast mechanic to perform the inspection for me.

That seems like a great price, but I was never a fan of that style of RJ wheels.

It was going to be an even trade. They were gun metal which is kind looking of what I am looking for I am not into the Chrome look.. but I love the wheels.

Joe showed me these last month when I had that other deal going. I can't afford new wheels unless it was a trade like the deal I had before.
