The 'T' off the main harness is under the driver side 'C' pillar (between the rear door window and back glass) cover over the package tray behind the rear seat back. There is 2 wires only that go up under the headliner and Blue is +.
edit: Your picture is into fender and you won't find it there.

Sorry man, the only way to access it without a sawsall is from the inside of cabin. It is in the 'C' pillar (rear roof).

You have to remove this cover to get to it. This is the closest thing to social media I do.

I just unplug it (yellow connector) and wire it?

It's all good. There is so much to learn about cars and the jargon of them.
I saw your pic. I tapped into the lead running up. I don't think that connector is a good spot unless that connector is where the harness going up connects. There is only 2 wires and the Blue is +.
Mine didn't have a connector, it just teed off the main harness.

It looks like that connector leads somewhere else. I tapped into wires here.

Cut blue wire only. one side goes to flasher. the one that comes from the flasher goes to the bulb feed side.

Sorry for any lagging in my response, I'm doing paint prep on my diffuser panel.

If you don't mind, I'd like to use your photos to make it easier for anyone else that wants to do the flasher upgrade.

The flasher module has one line from power and one line to bulb. Attach the side closest to harness to from power side and the side that runs up under the headliner to the to bulb side. Where you get the ground is up to you, I got mine in the fender area because if I need to replace the module I would rather pull the fender liner than the 'C' pillar cover.

You need to cut the blue wire completely. One side to the module power in line, one side to module out to bulb line. The blue wire needs to go through the flasher module.

From what I see it looks ok. I don't know the colors of the flasher module, but yes, split and run through the module. If you have the ground hooked up, you should be able to hit the brake and see the light flash.

Here is a visual

Black is ground and can be hooked into any ground wire or to body.

Is the wiring correct?

If I see the black wire connected to both red and yellow. NO. Black is ground and makes that a short. The red and yellow look correct, but the black wire needs to be connected to chassis ground, even if you just tap it into the other wire in that 2 wire harness.
