Exclamation Need help ASAP regarding dome light wiring.

I installed a bulb that was too large in my dome light. The bulb melted the light housing and the wiring. Is is possible to replace the wiring harness to it? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

My brother has a 2001 TL and I put his dome light in to test it. The wiring and light is melted. I hope I can replace the wiring.

BTW, the other dome light didn't work. I'm almost positive the wiring is melted.

There is a fuse on the wires? I didn't know that, I'll check it.

do your other lights inside come on? If they do, then look elsewhere. Either way check all of your fuses and see..

Yeah, all of the other lights work and none of the other fuses are blown, leading me to think the wiring is melted. I will post of pics tomorrow.
