Just to clarify why I said to raise hell is that if you don't, Amazon will never know the issue you experienced.
Here's my experience with this situation. Many years ago LEGO was using DHL to ship products. I can't tell you how many packages DHL damaged, lost, or delivered to the wrong address for my shipments. I let LEGO know about it each time. Sure enough, LEGO dropped DHL. Did my feedback help them come to that decision/realization? I hope so. Would they have come to the same realization if I hadn't chimed in, probably as I'm sure others complained. But the point is, let your voice be heard. That's all. I think too many of us, not Mizouse, but the public in general is complacent. The shipping may be free for us with the prime membership, but Amazon sure as hell is still paying for the shipping, and they may want to take it up with UPS to get their money worth out of them as well.
Sorry for the .... back on topic.
I need to get this game, now only if I had time to play it.

The sizzle in the Steak
I loved GT5...however I did not spend too much time playing it as I don't really have that much time to play.
Is GT6 a big enough leap over GT5 to warrant the purchase?

ok here is my take for the game, from the top of my head.
Pros:
There are no more used cars, so basically waiting for that ultra rare car, you can actually buy with the right amount of money.
Everything is on one layout, meaning you don't have to go into aracde mode, or career mode
Pushing the start button, you can easily change cars without having to go all the way back to the garage.
More of the old tracks like Apricot Hill is back
New tracks like matterhorn and GT arena
You can buy GT money with real money (I don't do it personally, but some people like that)
Nawwwwwsssssss
Bigger rim sizes
Buying diffusers for your car.(i like that one)
When tuning the car, its simpler, than Gt5 in terms of organization.
Change the color on your gauges.(its a meh but still a pro)
Buying racing gear (but Ayrton Senna's race suit is half a mil, and the others are expensive)
Slamming your car, actually looks slammed.
Cons:
The animation for GT Auto is gone ie: washing the car. It just loads and says its done.
Just seems like a GT5 extension of the game
AI cheats. Ive been Cali pit maneuvered many times by the stupid AI.
Although i do like everything together. I hate that you can't tell which cars have an interior shot. If you have GT5, you can pretty much guess in GT6 which had a standard setup.
In GT5, you didn't have to get licenses to do the big races, in GT6, you need to get licenses to get into the higher classes. (Not really sure if this is a con, but not really a pro to me either)
The camera setup is basically from GT5: Me personally since i am into photography, there isn't a big difference which i am disappointed of.
Forza still has vinyl setups you can do to your car that makes it different. GT6 hasn't learn that yet.
I haven't seen B-spec mode, where you crew chief a driver. (i liked it)
You cannot see the other car events in licenses you haven't achieved yet

The sizzle in the Steak
Thanks for the pros and cons.
Half of the pro and con stuff I never really used/did anyway.
I just liked to race all kinds of cars on all kinds of tracks/events.
Customizing cars in terms of rims and colors/decals.....meh.
Photos....meh.
Race Suits?!?!? meh meh meh
AI cheating.....sucks!
Easier tuning...that's a plus for sure.
Perhaps I'll get GT6 if it goes on sale after Christmas

Needs a 930
GT5 is the only one I haven't played, wanted too but never got around to it. I've had the pit maneuver pulled on me just about every race since I got to A class
I rammed an NSX for all 3 laps cause he pitted me in the first turn. Pointless but felt better after
