GT4: Official Thread
did you guys know that if you press L1 in the GT world screen it'll automatically move the cursor to your home... and if you press R1 it'll bring you to the country for your current vehicle (so you can get car mods and stuff) just found out that right now HAHAHA

i think thats how i did it in the other games
well what i did was turn of TCS and ASM and then take a corner with half throttle.. when your car starts slipping i jam the throttle so the rear tires start spinning and then counter steer and then feather the throttle.. like if you start turn in too much let off the throttle, and if your gonna stop drifting jam more on the throttle something like that
or do a feint drift where you go turn the car in the opposite direction of the turn engage the ebrake for like a split second to start sliding and then turn the car the otherway.......i dunno really how to explain it

Watch the dirft bible, 4 of their techniques work for me. The easiest I think is when you go fast into the corner, brake and turn so your rear slides out, ease off the brake and accelerate to drift out. Turn TSC off.
Hey guys, just got GT4 few days ago. I've been hooked, like everyone else. No Kidding.

Anyways, I realized fighting over the TV with mom and having to leave my computer to play isn't so cool, so I decided to do some research on S-video/RCA to VGA adapters and sure enough... there are a few prodcuts out there.
I found this from a google search and it seems to be the perfect thing I am looking for: http://www.gocybershop.ca/customer/p...cat=196&page=1
What do you guys think? Yay or nay?
Thanks.

This method doesnt require ebrake so its kinda easy. I did pretty darn good drift using my Charger Super Bee! I was drifting from the beginning of the final courner at Tsukuba up until streightaway. I tried it second time with my Cobra but it was hard to control due to excessive power. But damn...Cobra's exhaust notes are IMO the best V8 sound in the game!!

these cars are on stock tires though, but still... that's some fast company. M Coupe does alright... of course my friend is a really good driver too..

best money is doing the german touring car races. you can net about 900k a championship. My minolta toyota won lemans last night, and i got the bentley speed 8. toyota seems faster to me, so i think imma sell the bentley. My Q is, if i sell it, can i ever get it again?

This is for rear wheel drive cars only.
Initial determines how quickly the lock comes in when power is applied to the axles.
Acceleration determines the balance of axle lock when power is applied. Too high a setting on the rear will induce over steer exiting high-speed corners. Too high on the front will induce understeer exiting the same corners.
Deceleration adjustment will ensure both drive-axles resist rotation equally. It is most effective in controlling high torque, rear wheel drive cars when entering a tight corner from high speed.

This is for 4 wheel drive cars only. LSD is most useful on a 4wd because it is on all four wheels.

Every car I've sold I was able to get back again.
I've even had 2 of the same cars that I've won.
