Lol really? The first time I saw some teammate plant a 2nd claymore I was like WTF? he didn't have a mic on... After he didn't respond to my questions I just followed him and waited til he died, then of course he went back to his camping spot and I observed his behavior. Heh

no I knew you could do 2 claymores.. just never did it because I rarely used One man army...
this is what I was trying the other day, when I noticed in a video that you can also do it with scavenger. i never use scavenger so I didnt know it also refills the claymore. but im liking this kill-and-replace-claymore tactic

^same here. I haven't played in a couple weeks. I even bought the FPSFreek controller add on and still haven't turned the game on to try them out. I'll get back to it when the new maps come out.

I am loving the Javelin, especially in Quarry.
Two games in a row (Groundwar: one Domination, the other Team Deathmatch) I got a triple kill to start the game.
Got a quad kill to start a Ground War Domination match in Rundown last night

Now I'm trying to get the killcam with it.

got a new one.. at least for me. Got into a modded game last night, was very odd. Basically someone changed the speed. So you went about 30mph or so. Cool for about a minute till you can't tell whether you'll throw up or have seizure. very annoying, if you tried to sneak around you could but as soon as you tried to walk at normal speed it accelerated... up to 30mph, very disorientating.

Did not know the game was being modded and namely being used on live, I guess watch out for more advantageous mods, I didn't report this guy, because it didn't really benefit anyone.

I do on that map (when playing domination). I do it from the other building, though. I put claymores by each ladder and hide behind the metal box. Once in a while I get shot from the building where he punched that dude, but most times I see them coming.

I never thought about sending a guy a message. Yes, people do stand still that long. I've been sniped by someone on that map, snuck all the way to the other side, climbed up and there they were. That was fucking hilarious!

Having just finished developing the $1 billion dollar-grossing Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2, Infinity Ward was considered safe--untouchable, even. However, Monday afternoon, Activision amended its annual report with the Securities and Exchange Commission to include a notice that two top members of the studio are being fired.

The filing read, "The Company [Activision] is concluding an internal human resources inquiry into breaches of contract and insubordination by two senior employees at Infinity Ward. This matter is expected to involve the departure of key personnel and litigation. At present, the Company does not expect this matter to have a material impact on the Company." (Emphasis added.) Activision bought Infinity Ward outright in 2003.

Though it offers no names, the SEC filing appears to coincide with the sudden departure of Infinity Ward president, game director, co-CCO, and CTO Jason West. The veteran developer LinkedIn profile lists the studio under "past employers" and his end date as occurring in "March 2010." West helped cofound the studio in 2001.

West's departure was backed up by an unconfirmed screenshot of his Facebook page (sent to gaming blog Kotaku) that lists his status as "Jason West is drinking. Also, no longer employed."

Deepening the mystery is an as-yet unverified G4 report that paints a sinister picture of the day's events at Infinity Ward. Citing an unnamed source, it claims several weeks of "tense" interaction between Infinity Ward and Activision culminated in a meeting this morning between several studio heads and some publisher brass. Those heads included West and cofounder and Infinity Ward CEO Vince Zampella.

After said meeting, the Infinity Ward heads reportedly vanished--and a group of gruff "bouncer types" suddenly appeared on Infinity Ward's campus outside Encino, Calif. The source allegedly said the men refused to say why they had shown up unannounced, leaving the developers "freaked out."

According to Zampella's LinkedIn status, he is still employed with Infinity Ward. However, the iconoclastic developer has often criticized his corporate masters in the press, publicly declaring last October that "Activision…did not want Modern Warfare" and pressured the studio to make more World War II games.

[UPDATE] Vince Zampella has now changed his LinkedIn page to reflect he no longer works at Infinity Ward. His departure--combined with West's--casts doubt over Infinity Ward's upcoming "unique new IP" for which they signed long-term contracts with Activision in 2008. It also raises questions about the upcoming Modern Warfare 2 downloadable content pack, due out this spring.

Activision has confirmed another Call of Duty game will arrive during 2010, believed to be a Vietnam- or Cold War-themed title from Treyarch (Call of Duty: World at War). While that game will be unaffected, the changes lend some credence to rumors that another studio may be developing Modern Warfare 3, possibly the recently founded Bay Area shop Sledgehammer Games.

As of press time, Activision corporate communication reps and the lead spokesperson for Call of Duty had not responded to requests about the developing situation at Infinity Ward. The studio's director of communication, Robert "FourZeroTwo" Bowling, offered the following non-comment via Twitter: "I should also say, while I appreciate all the calls, tweets, messages and hearing my ringtone a lot. They're in vain--as I have no info."

This is why I frown on big companies like EA swallowing up smaller studios whole. Sure, the studio now has a bigger budget and more resources but then they're usually expected to fall in line with the bigger company's beliefs and operations. It's no wonder when things like that happen, you occasionally see some of the key people in the company either leave or get fired.

Who the fuck wants to play another WWII game? That's the most retarded idea ever.... don't know what corporate is thinking but isn't MW2 one of the top selling games ever, if not, the top selling? Good to see that they're to make a Vietnam game though.... just hope they don't screw it up.

Of course this makes me somewhat of a hypocrite since I'm probably scooping up Bad Company 2, which is developed by EA....

I just see so many times when he should have got killed, he even takes shrapnel but still he doesn't die, and goes 30-0 somehow. and, how does he not run out of ammo? does he just keep picking up other guns? (doesnt seem like it because he appears to have an AK47 for the whole game) am i missing something?

I just hate watching somebody do good on youtube because you can't see shit. Half of those kills I couldn't even see the people. I know it would be different on his tv, but now I'm like......how the fuck did he see them!?!?!?

I've also been that close to dying and survived. Conversely others have been that close to dead and killed me.

he picked up a gun after the first AK ran out of ammo, and then picked up another AK that was dropped by someone with 180 rounds of ammo and red colored camouflage

He starts with an AK-47 RDS. At 1:20 you can see him pick up an AK-47 FMJ which was different than his first gun. Also has scavenger.

yea he starts with the ak-47 w/ red dot sight, when it runs out of ammo he then picks up a UMP45 rapid fire, then he switches to his deagle and then drops it and picks up the ak-47 fmj w/ 180 rounds.

i dont see any sign of scavenger thou..
