Me three.
God, I miss having the three frags! I sure don't miss the claymores going off.

I pretty much like all of the maps except Skidrow. Wasteland is more of a sniper map. I like challenging snipers to hit me when I know more or less where they're hiding.

All in all, this is a bad ass shooter.

I played some Search and Destroy today. Never got into it with MW1. I think I found something fun I like to play. Must try out the new game modes also.

^^^that's why I hate playing against Ken.... its impossible to kill him in his hiding spot, once he hears that claymore go off he turns around with the deagle. Only way is a snipe from a good hiding spot, or a frag. oh and one more thing... if you have scavenger on, you can pick up a 2nd claymore. but if you lay a third one of your old ones will just blow up.

Me and Young tore it up last night though! Once again the M16 with red dot.... its just not fair. FAL? What gun is that? It got pushed aside just like Forza 3 when MW2 came out. oh and I love the Pave Low too.

and I like Skidrow a lot actually... its my riot shield map. I love creeping up to someone, then when they least expect it, throw a knife into their torso. I think in one game where I was sniping, half my kills were from claymores each time one blew up, I went over a body and got another.

Lol! I wasn't sure if anyone saw it, I was hoping no one did but you were nearby I was laughing for a while afterwards. I guess it rolled down th hill and crushed me. They should have a killcam for that

oh and what's up with teammates that try to take your supply crate when you're right there?! I don't mind if I get shot or it's an emergency airdrop where there's four crates, but when I get one there's like 1 or 2 guys swarmed around it, and they SEE me throw down the smoke. While we're all prone, waiting for and then staring at the crate trying to take it, one guy from the other team comes and kills all three of us

An enemy killed my teammate and I avenged him so I went over to take the crate, but then I saw that same guy coming so I stopped and let him get it. Another game some guy who finished 4-15 tried to take my crate and when I got it he followed me and kept knifing me

I've had greedy teammates hang out to steal my care package. But it takes longer for them to unlock it, so you can still beat them to it if you're both waiting for it to drop.

I think it takes as long to take a teammates care package as it does to take a enemies. At least that is what it seems like when I am trying to save one after the guy put it in the worst spot possible dies.

I'm guilty of that myself though, I keep calling them in without checking to see if there is a tower or overpass above me. Then my team mates rush over looking for it and get shot staring at the ground.

I used to love 3rd person shooters (Ghost Recon series), and hated first person cuz it would get me all dizzy... but now it's the opposite. Well, 3rd person doesn't cause dizziness but I'm just not used to it anymore.

I'm still planning on finishing up Forza though. I'm at level 43 and have played too much to leave it on the shelf, unfinished. I'm starting up Act 1 on Veteran tonight or tomorrow morning.

Yeah that's why I haven't bothered with the care package perk.. I don't want to attract attention or have non-cold blooded teammates attracting attention.

I must say I do really like how your party shows up as a different color on the minimap.

How do you guys counter the riot shield + throwing knife when you and the enemy are close and facing each other? I go for a grenade and he kills me in one throw.. and sometimes aiming for the feet is not an option..

Anyone try the chopper gunner yet? I hear chopper gunner > ac-130 since it lasts extremely long.

Chopper gunner's better than the AC130 because it flies much closer, you can wall people, and you don't have to wait for the bullets to travel to their target.

Semtex - stick it on the shield from kinda far away when he's going straight at you, like through a hallway/entrance. Or if he's in the open, throw a stun at his feet, quickly run to the side and shoot him. yeah I like how your party shows up as blue. green arrow dies, oh well... blue arrow, I'll follow, cover them in the open and watch their back. It's funny though... when you use certain combos like the riot shield + throwing knife you know what works against it when people kill you

The AC-130 is a little better. The key is to constantly switch which turret you're using. Fire off the big cannon in the middle of some enemies, then immediately switch to the 40mm cannon, pop off all the shells, then switch back to the big cannon or use the machine gun to mop up a runner for just a second, and repeat. I like the chopper gunner too, its just my issue with it is you can only hit a small part of the map at a time, whereas with the AC-130 you rain down hell on them from the heavens on half of the map or most of it. You just have to lead them a little bit, and surround them with the 40mm shells. The AC-130 mission from CoD4 was one of my favorites. I played it so many times, its finally paying off!

either way they're both better than the stealth bomber. In principle its bad ass since they don't know its coming and its a carpet bomb, but I've only gotten four kills at best with it. It must be the way the maps are.... too many places to hide.

another thing, what's with the EMP? Does it disable killstreaks like a Harrier or a chopper? Is it really worth 15 kills?

I originally thought the shield was stupid, but after deciding to give it a chance I can say that it's awesome!! I only use it for Domination gameplay, and on maps that are close quarters (Skidrow, Terminal, Favela, Highrise, Karachi), with the throwing knife and marathon, commando, light perks.

It's really fun to go sprinting up to the flag and distract the defenders, watching bullets impact in front of your face while your team mates follow behind and take out the bad guys. Plus there's nothing like having someone unload a clip into the shield and then when they reload put a throwing knife in their chest , bashing them is fun too. Or getting into position under fire, and then whipping out the secondary and mowing people down . When used right the shield kicks some serious ass.

I've haven't really played the campaign yet... well, that first level... then I got to the snowy cliff part... I fell off the cliff... and didn't even bother to try a 2nd time, I went back to Live/multiplayer

Single player is awesome, you should really play it. The storyline is a bit confusing at times, but overall it's a great experience that shouldn't be overlooked

It's pretty far fetched, but it's definitely fun and really immersive. Although at the end it gets pretty chaotic and confusing.
