You can't use the stinger when EMPed???

A few days ago our team was emped but I was able to shoot down a helicopter with it

I finally got sitrep pro, and man the footsteps are sooooo loud
and no more people with ninja pro sneaking up on me anymore


And I think I figured out why I suck so bad with last stand. When I go into last stand I'm still trying to move while looking down the sight which makes you not look down the sights anymore

I need to let go of the left thumbstick when I go into it

I'm pretty sure you can't. Like Tommy's case... Harrier + pave low + EMP at the same time = bend over - KY jelly

when I play pub and my team sucks and the other team gets two killstreaks up at the same time, I just leave.

From what I remember, you couldn't use it. Maybe your team emp'd the other team? Or maybe I'm wrong, I dunno cause I get nuked more often than I get emp'd

I read that sitrep pro doesn't cancel out ninja pro. Is this true? I would think it would just make ninja pro footsteps normal volume.

Yeah it's true. Ninja pro footsteps are still silent

Damn. Sitrep pro is stupid hard to get too, even on domination. I'm forced to use a mic but most of the time I'm in private chat so my team can't hear me. When I see a claymore I say WAIT! but my teammate will end up triggering it

and yea it took me alot of deaths to get sitrep pro. I'd purposely hunt claymores and tactical insertions if the other team was using them.

And about being EMPd and using the stinger.

From what I remembered I was EMPd using my default class w/ ACR and during the EMP I used one man army to switch to my class with the stinger if that makes a difference

It was funny because my teammates during the match would be like "WTF are you doing shooting at the wall for??!???!!"

I'd usually see an enemy and a claymore and completely ignore the guy and go straight for the claymore

Lulz.... I've done that a few times too. I'd see a C4 at an objective and I'd shoot at it or take time to aim my noob tube and sometimes get shot

my girlfriends parents got me MW2 for christmas and i just beat the campaign. it was a really good game, lots of action. now im trying out the online section. im having to get used to it after playing metal gear online for so long.

saw someone using a glitch on Derail....the guy somehow managed to stand on the power cables that run above the building with the sniper rooftop spot. The guy was actually on my team and he was the final death as we saw him get shot and fall to the ground. wtf?

Might not be a glitch, alot of places you can jump to with the right timing.

If I or my team EMPd the other team, it kills off all the killstreaks. So there wouldn't be anything to shoot.

And there is no way I could lock onto my teams helicopters and shoot it down so I don't know, but I was able to do it

but yea EMP rarely happens. Always ends up being nuked.

Ohh and I think the running really fast thing, I think the reason it works is because what you're physically carrying is light so you can run faster.

I think I noticed I run faster when I have my handgun out rather than my ACR

So stingers can lock-on even when the EMP is still in effect? I just assumed you can't use it because it was electronic. We just waited until the EMP wore off until we ran out to shoot the AC130 down. Besides, we had no idea where it was because the EMP took out our radars too. I didn't have cold-blooded equipped at that time.

I guess they can. I dunno I've always been able to.

I figure in real life it would be much easier to sprint faster carrying a rock in one hand than sprinting while carrying a big assault rifle

oh yeah definitely. they most likely used some algorithms that take object dimensions and weight to compute the running speed, and it looks like they just entered the values in for the care package thingy without testing it...

I did another care package running / knifing spree last night at Karachi, came in 2nd with 25 kills. I wonder what they said about me.

but weight-wise, you'd still have the gun on you.. that's what makes it funny.

I know but i'm not factoring weight, obviously you really would run faster if you were wearing nothing.

But what I'm saying its easier to run while holding a small object, compared to a large one.

Try running while holding a cell phone, then try running while holding a guitar or electric keyboard in your hands.

You get it with only the USP or M9 hnadguns.
You need to get 75 kills with the gun to get it.

The deagle is so hard to shoot acurately with. So used to the USP when I could spam the trigger and get off kills.

If I do that with the deagle I'm staring at the sky.

Should be, you can take them out with a predator missle.

Chopper gunner might be harder cause it tends to fly lower.

lol @ banana leaf - I feel like I've noticed that before with other such materials where it feels like you should be able to shoot through it, but you can't.

lol, I didn't know but I did find out that the Harrier will shoot down your Chopper Gunner

a while back, tried to use my CG while they were all outside on Terminal then all of a sudden I saw the Harrier turning towards my chopper. Wait.... wtf..... why is it, WTF its shooting missiles at me F***

got me 0 kills, no flare or anything. heh

seems like Pave low is harder to shoot down than harrier, CG, and the other heli?

that's because a Pave Low is ownage. If you don't have cold blooded and you're out in the open it'll probably shoot you before you can lock on. plus it has at least one flare.

oh yeah and is it just me or is it lagging like hell today? My friend said he went to play on the PS3 and it lagged too.
