Also pissed I didn't order MW3 quick enough and I can only get the Hardened edition by mail so now I had to buy two copies so I can still play in on release night at midnight. Made my decision easy to not get the special Xbox since it only comes with the basic version and I would have had 3 copies of the game lol.

I didn't bother caring where I preordered mine from because Forza eventually releases all of those preorder cars in car packs after a few months like what they ended up doing in forza 3.

I talked to a guy at Best Buy and they said they MIGHT do a midnight release but he wasn't sure.

 

Im a bit annoyed that Im not going to be home for about 18hrs tomorrow. Gotta be out the door at 5am, I wont be home until damn near midnight if Im lucky

I played the demo, and I feel like I would have had a lot more fun with it if I had a wheel.

I'll be leaving in 30 minutes to pick up my copy from Best Buy

 

Picking up mine tonight on the way home but don't know how much I will play it. Grandparents are in town and I see them maybe 4 times a year so I might be stuck not playing it till like Friday.

 

I picked mine up at 10:00.

I inserted the first disc and was able to do a few races without installing the second disc

Now I'm installing the second disc and it's taking about 5 minutes. Not too shabby.

From what I've seen so far, the fit and finish of the game is gorgeous. I'm still trying to get used to the menus, especially in World Tour, but that happens with every new game.

 

Best Buy had about 6-8 LEs sitting on the shelf. No problem.

 

It was the total opposite situation at my local Best Buy. The only LEs they had were preordered. A few people weren't too happy.

 

From my experience with BB, it wouldn't surprise me if those were the preorders.

 

Well I will check this afternoon if my BB has any LE on the shelf but I doubt it. Thinking of just ordering one from Dell quick to make sure I get it and then sell my standard copy.
