Anyone been watching the show on SPEED called Supercars Exposed? To me it seems to be our version of Top Gear. The host is entertaining, the script seems good and camera work is great too. It’s way better than our older cars show that we are used to seeing. Hopefully they continue to improve on the show and make it like a Top Gear of North America.

I watch it. Tanner Foust can get somewhat annoying being the pretty boy he is, but the guy can drive so it makes up for the stupid cliche things he says/does. I love the one episode where they hook up with the guys who own Nobles. Just never see any video or get much info on those cars. Pretty entertaining show for sure.

 

The camera work/coverage is far superior in Top Gear. But, Supercars Exposed is quite entertaining. Foust has driven nice cars.

 

I only watched the supersedan episode earlier this season for obvious reasons (see avatar). Tanner Foust is a bit annoying but grows on you. He is no Clarkson.

Mayhap I should watch more frequently.

 

I agree that his canned, monotone delivery takes some getting used to. But he isn't boisterous or anything, he seems like just your average guy who happens to get to drive very cool cars and drive them very well. Not to mention he's one of my favorite drifters out there.

Never met him but on TV in post-interviews and all he seems very humble.

 

The older episodes were better. They changed up the format and have added in a "co-host"... and there's something else different that I cannot quite put my finger on. Not sure what it is... but I do not like the new shows as much.

I can watch the 2007 and 2008 shows over and over... but the 2009 ones are tough to sit through.

I do like Tanner Foust though...

tanner has a pretty good resume....won gold at the xgames in the rally event...formula d....stunt driver for tokyo drift and dukes of hazard...filmed the pilot of top gear usa as a host before it got canned...
