Driver Fan blower change mode by itself

Ok, so I got a 12' TL w/ akmost 30k miles on it. It drives, sounds and looks great inside and out but the A/C just started playing games today. After leaving the gym I turned on the A/C to 80 with fan speed at 4 bars(it wasn't that hot today in houston). After a couple minutes it started to cool nicely then suddenly the blower changed direction by itself and started cooling the floorboard instead of blowing straight ahead at me. Also the blower slowed down. I'm not quite sure if the a/c stayed at 80 because the blower slowed.
So I pressed the driver side mode button to change the direction back up at me and left the a/c at 80. No more problems on the way home. It also experiences the barely existent air flow from the back of console vents to the back seat.
I did buy this at Carmax and it's still w/in the 30 day warranty. Should I tell them to run diagnostic on the a/c and blower?
The only thing that's had me worried so far is any transmission issues that may come up in the near future after reading complaints. I already plan to have them do a ATF flush since its covered and then I was going to do the other two to complete the 3x3.

I would like to mention oil change was reported done on 9/4/2015 before I bought it. It's not leaking nor going dry but the last time I checked the dipstick it had a burnt smell too it.

Update:
Today i had the above problems checked by carmax. ATF flush with Honda oil per request. No metal shavings on plug, clear fluid drained. Motor oil is light amber color but no leak nor low level, still has burnt smell on dipstick.
The fan blower is getting a new regulator covered under warranty. I was able to reproduce the problem at the service dept in front of service mngr.
So glad I'm getting good results from service since I'm loving this car! This forum has been really helpful.
