What's super crazy is the mods list on that V..
I know it's on welds and slicks.. but under the hood:

2.19 upper pulley (stock lower)
5" CAI
Meth
cat back, gutted cat
Cam
heat exchanger / 5 gal icechest
Tune
Some polishing here and there..

That's it.. shiet.
I wonder what cam he's running

That guy hooked pretty damn well. If I were driving it, I'd probably have closer to 2s 60ft. I think his 60 was near 1.5s.

And look at that stance. What do you think that is? Like 25mm spacers?

Jason, go ahead and order the springs!
Okay, soooo...
I decided to give the wagon a rear suspension makeover.

First up, new rear magnetic ride control shocks...$494 shipped.
I'm really glad I did this. Rears feel TOTALLY revamped and if this is how the suspension is supposed to feel then I'm glad I decided to stick with mag ride. Sport VS tour is VERY obvious now.
I might swap the fronts too and then sell the NON blown front shocks on ebay.

Fuckin brake dust!
but worth it...I found that if I foam gun the pressure wash, most of the dust comes off...

the bolt likes to get stuck in the non bolt side threading...this was how I fixed it otherwise the bolt just spreads the lower arms

after some FB messages with Tony NorcallSS...I confirmed that it would indeed be good to shorten the rear bump stops...so I cut the bottom piece off

In addition to that...I rotated tires...and bumped the lower cradles in for as MUCH camber as I could get. The good news is, it also bumped the height up a bit so no more saggy ass Perfect spacing now.
After seeing bad toe wear on the rear, I decided it was better to bump up the camber and remove spacers if necessary. So far haven't touched fender so spacers are staying.
I was at -2.6 camber before on the rear...-1.1 now. after moving the cradles the tow and thrust angle were SO far off, it was scary as fuck to drive down to get the alignment.

Tires have to be round for lowest rolling resistance silly... Square tires would be a pain...

The thing I liked most about this post is that your spacers are staying. I know you're going to replace the front shocks next, so I look forward to seeing that post soon.

Thanks boys!
Yeah, they are...although I'm almost mexiflush with the added camber since the whole assembly got bumped out...
front shocks are a strong possibility...then I'd have a totally refreshed magneride that SHOULD be good for another 70K miles or more.

Yes, more power!
Wait...NOOOO you want me to get a ticket?!?!
LOL...
Damn thing moves, boy.

but they're non-directional, no?
I just did that because driver side that had the toe issue seems to have rubbed the corner worse.

They're not directional, but I can imagine the compound getting a wear pattern through repeated heat cycles, especially as soft as they are.
Then switching them up will wear down quicker.. Might be a bad rumor, but you can be our guinea pig.
Tires are asymmetric though, so definitely wouldn't flip them. Are you talking about the rear with the rub?

I won't flip them...the tread patter is very specific for inside.
but I get what you're saying...
but I was raping them.

i don't think swapping left to right matters on PSSs.... even on regular use, most Vette guys only get 7.5k miles out of them... can you imagine, new tires every oil change???

Damn, did they?
I could have gotten $600 with the rebate card on DTD but they ran out of stock.
I wish I could make up my mind on wheels...if I'm definitely getting wheels I want to hold off until i know if I'm going 20" or what.

Jason, I think the main take away is that you can adjust the rear cradles enough to make a pretty decent visual difference. I am happy to have only -1 camber now though, I can't lie...everyone would ask me why my car was pigeon toed before. I can't tell yet because there's some gap but I'll have a neighbor and Betty ride with me to see if I make contact with fender...If so, I'll pull spacers...with no camber the rear is almost TOO flush now anyway. LOL.
