Seems a bit random for it to be parked in the middle of a parking lot.
Around my home area, anything like that would be parked with a fair bit of separation from the higher traffic parking areas.

I guess the owner cannot afford a daily driver. That or they need a lot of attention.

My daily driver is parked at the far end of any parking lot. Besides, we all can use the exercise and there are too many ignorant car owners to park amongst them.

First car I learned to drive was a 1975 Toyota Corona sedan 5MT, definitely not as clean as that Corolla but had alot fun memories in that T100.

I used to see a white one with some regularity, but the majority are red, that I've seen.

Is that matte? Love the color, but that has to be awfully difficult to maintain. And it's parked on the driveway???

It's matte, at dusk it's pretty stunning to look at as the color/hue change as you look at different angles.

That $30k is for the ZR1 package which brought a exclusive Lotus designed, Mercury built 32valve, 4 cam, V8 LT5 (kinda a love/hate motor which had alot of teething problems).

It's kinda weird to look back with today's pricing, that the ZR1 was twice the price of a regular Corvette, whilst at the same time, still under $70K.
