Can't have a rusty boner when it's polished frequently

your 4 runner wishes it's trombone got polished frequently instead of tucked away in a big loose box until next season.

Started finally populating my rear storage panels with some molle bags, a fire extinguisher and a Maglite. I went through hell getting this extinguisher mount, they sent me a rusty half assed powder coated one and then made me wait 2 months for a replacement. My first test fit I mounted it backwards lol

I tried mounting it sideways and everything fit at first, however I mounted it just slightly too close to the quick fists and the extinguisher wouldn't seat all the way into the mount. So that wasn't going to work.

So I went ahead and flipped the mount vertical since it can go both ways.

I got that all mounted up and happy, my OCD likes the line up better for now at least.

And here it is installed back in the truck, I remounted the First Aid kit, but it wasn't fitting the space very well.

I picked up a cheap molle bag for tools, and got a set of tools on clearance so I threw them in the bag. I also picked up a cheap socket set which I have to figure out how to mount somewhere.

Mounted the tool bag, will probably shift it around more when I add more stuff.

I moved the First Aid kit to the other side to be easily reachable if needed in an emergency.

Still need to mount a few more things, but it was 35 deg out and I was cold lol.

Now I am just being picky and OCD but I feel like the fire extinguisher, first aid, and paper towel should all be on the same side. They kind of all go together. Then all your tools and light on the other side.

The extinguisher can't go where the first aid kit is because the third row seat belt would clang on it, I wanted it closer to the rear hatch but had to avoid those seat belts

Sounds like a good reason to remove the third row seat belts cause lets be honest how many times have you used those seats?

That was my thought too. Unless it leaves some odd-looking spaces behind.

He does *something* back there... Apparently something enough to need a whole roll of paper towels immediately accessable.

I never use them, I've been debating removing them, but if the VIN shows third row seats for state inspection I might not pass

Looks like you could benefit from the Antman cupholder in the bumper mod.

PA has some crazy rules but I don't think third row seats would cause you to fail.
