Just went to the post office and saw a guy with an H2 and he had the same brand steps as me, his were entirely rusted and looked horrible, I should have snapped a pic for Colts

You obviously will have to clean it off frequently to prevent rust. The owner probably didn't bother to care enough to clean them off once or twice a month. During the winter trips through touchless car washes every other week goes a long way. I did this when I lived in PA and NY.

I lost my garage when my fiancee moved in right before I bought this truck, have been working to get it rearranged so I can put the new truck into the garage, hopefully in the spring

we'll be able to tell it's you cause you'll be the only guy with rust damage on his truck but a roof rack with slightly a tiny bit less rust damage on it.

Nope, garage is not heated, and the Ack is currently using the only free space. The other side has shelves and other crap in the way that need to be moved around in the spring. Haven't had my garage since last year when the GF moved in
