Funny, but I think the opposite. I love those wheels, but it has to be the whole Alpina package. It can't be some rip off, BS wheels on some other type of car or BMW for that matter. But that's just me.
But I will say my favorites are by HRE. They make the best wheels I can never afford. Someday.
Alpina literally put that shit on everything like a hot sauce...
It doesn't matter if the car is a sedan, coupe, suv.. 3 series, or 7 series.
HRE has about 20 or 30 different designs... Alpina has like what 2?

Hey you never know... it might look less ugly in person... if they offered me $15k off.. . buckteeth or no teeth, i would take it.
FWIW, I would hope you have SOME standards, man. I know it's a BMW but c'mon...that's clear mockery of what constitutes a nice vehicle and even with $15K off, you're driving some supreme ugliness with performance, IMO, you an replicate in a nicer looking vehicle.
That being said, get what you like -- but, if I were to stay in BMW-land, I'd say a preowned 6er GC for the same price?

6GC has a regular trunk with tiny opening... only 4GC is a full hatch, 2GC, 6GC and 8GC all have regular trunks..
You can buy Doug DeMuro's E63 wagon right now on his new bidding site. I think it was at like $32k last time I checked. The spec of that one above is awesome though, great combo. It's no red but it's pretty good.

Just to give you an example how shitty Audi's leasing program is compare to BMW's.
a $83k RS5 sportback is around $1200-$1350 a month with $3k drive off in 2020
a $83k M4 is about $900 or less with the same $3k drive off in 2020

That's my thought. MSRP on the RS5s range from $75-98k depending on options, but I see them advertised anywhere from $3-10k off. It's actually pretty hilarious that new RS5 SBs are advertised for $71k (with an msrp of $81k) when similarly spec'd used RS5 SBs are listed for the same with 10k miles.
I think Audi, like BMW, make most of their money off lease specials, so A4s, 328s, etc. The M3/4 probably just has a higher residual. But I'm sure if you worked on it, you can get an RS5 lease for around the same.

I dont know why.. it is not like it is helping their resale value or anything.. they all suck when it comes to that.... I know BMW has very low Money factor (Interest) and high RV, which makes their lease significantly more attractive than Audi..

Residual is the biggest component of a lease though and it can't be negotiated. If they are going to bone you on the residual for a $80k car, your payment is going to be through the roof without substantial rebates or incentives applied.
But during the first 6-12 months, reliability and driving enjoyment are both excellent!
So like anything else in this world, the newness of the shiny object is great. After you ride it for a while the luster is gone. Oh, and the warranty has expired. That means high maintenance costs, unless being stranded on the side of the road (see above) is appealing. So better to lease than settle down for the long haul .

Um, am I talking about cars or... Ah never mind.
It's really tough to match that shiny newness once it's gone. But it never lasts very long.
On the other hand, with every exciting session, you feel a better connection, and less hesitant. Your bodies feel more connected. I have gone through the cycle of trying something new every few years, but as I get older the nagging feeling of sticking with something that's less of a headache long term would be great. You also realize its the little things that matter.
