Hmmm. I love CR-Kais, but I think it looked better on the RDX wheels.

What a clean car. The hood and front bumper look virtually free of any dust particles even.

As for shoes, I think RDX wheels> any wheels to ever be installed on a Accord.

Like civicdrivr said, I love those wheels to death, but the A-Specs looked better on your ride.

I'll take those Works from you though

The RDX wheels are going back on. These will have a permanent home on my fiancee's NBP Accord coupe.

Thanks! From these small pictures you can't see all the chips and dings in the front bumper but let me assure you they are there.

Blasphemy!

Im still trying to figure out why the 3rd gen TL-S wheels look better on the Accord then they do on the CL or TL. They look like the perfect size on the Accord. On the TL, they look like 15s.

Darkmarket, the stance of your Accord is gorgeous!

Guys, the clutch is still sticking on the floor in my Accord. I just installed the slave cylinder just about a week ago and my master cylinder is not even 6 months old. The clutch is definitely not going since it doesn't pop out of gears or slipping. I can drive it just fine, maybe because I've gotten used to it but whenever someone else jumps behind the wheel, the clutch sticks.

What should I do?

True. Well donate it and write it off of your taxes.

Btw what year is yours? I don't think I've ever seen a picture of it.

Honestly I've considered it, I'm at 140k miles it's not worth much anymore. But I love it for unexplainable reasons. I love the fact that I can drive it a whole week on just 50$ and do 400 miles around town in great comfort. We'll see.

But if I could find the issue (maybe I need another master) I'd keep it.

A few new pics.

P.S I know about the headlights. I don't like them either, the ones I was shown ended up not being the same exact ones I received. I'll have a TSX retrofit by spring time, promised.

A few new things; ended up solving my clutch issue, they took the whole clutch apart and threw in a brand new OEM one. Also installed a Progress Lowering Spring kit, 1.6 drop all around. I have the 17mm TL RSB waiting for install as well.

146k miles and counting!

So my passenger side window is squeaking something fierce when I push it down...any ideas?

Have you considered going with a bigger bar, like the 24/22mm one from progress (assuming it's a 3G TL bar)?

Try taking a ID card or credit card, wrap it in a towel and run it along the channels for the windows a few times. Then take some shin etsu grease (available at honda dealer) and apply it into the channels. That should help stop with the squeaking!

Nice shots, Mark! Glad you figured the clutch deal out. I want to see some still shots of the car with the new springs. I'm sure it made a HUGE difference in looks. And although others will tell you to go with a larger rear sway, I swear by my 17mm TL rear sway if you're not planning on doing the front sway.

ON plates? Didn't know that you were around here, nokiaman. Nice pics, anyways and good to hear the clutch issue worked out.

Question: My 03 sedan's auto-up window has been giving me problems for a while now. I was sideswiped May 2009, door skin and mirror were replaced, door panel was from original door, not sure about internals, but I believe any undamaged ones are original.

When it was damaged, everything still worked fine. Auto windows worked (until it stopped where the door was bashed in), power locks, even the mirror worked.

Car was repaired at a body shop connected to the dealer. A few days after we got it back, the auto-up function of the window started giving me problems, and it does to this day. The window gets stuck when rising up and stops around the base of the mirror, then goes down a couple of inches, like there was some sort of obstruction.

If it's wet enough outside, window goes up no problem, so I think it's some sort of lube problem. Would the credit card/shin etsu grease suggested by csmenace work?

Thanks Tyler! I think they look good too! I want bigger wheel spacers in the back so the tires look a tad more aggressive. As it sits now, the front wheels have 10mm spacers but the rears have none.

I keep getting offers for 6,5 but can't get myself to let it go!

I've considered getting a bigger RSB but I'm not planning on installing any in the front so I think the 17mm should be enough.

As for the window squaking, it stopped doing it when I tried again today! I feel like this car has it's days. Sometimes the window will squeak and I will hear rattles over rough terrain. Some others, it's dead quiet. If it happens again, I'll surely try your technique. You never posted pics of your Accord btw!

Thanks Todd! I'll try to get still shots sometimes this week. Not only did it make a huge difference in looks but in feel too! Feels a lot less like a boat now.

Hey Aman,

the Accord has ON plates although my family and I moved and located to USA. I use it locally (in ON) whenever I come back for a few days (2-3 days a month) as I still have a great deal of things and projects going on locally instead of renting a car! Which is why in other threads, you'll notice my cars rocking MD plates.

As for your auto-window issue, I think your best bet is to truly get an experienced Honda mechanic to open up the whole window and to check the motor. As I experienced with my clutch, paying the premium to get rid of the problem the first time is worth it instead of being cheap! It's not a big issue really ( my doors actuators are gone btw, I have to lock/unlock manually) so you could live with it!

My driver's side lock actuator died, too. I've been too cheap to fix it, so for the past year I've been locking/unlocking manually as well lol.

Gave her the best wash of her life that evening, Terry! The amount of dirt covering the inside of the wheels was amazing, I should have taken a photo of it. Even with the all that dirt on her she still averaged 35mpg on the back roads and drive home.

I sold my pre-cat deletes and bought some 60a Innovative Mounts .. my motor mounts are finally getting to the point where stop and go traffic is unbearable.

I'm a little worried, I read the 60As wear prematurely but I think it'll be OK if I throw in a torque damper.

You'll be fine with a torque damper. I have the Ingalls ETD on mine with stock motor mounts and they're still good @ 96k miles.

I got my motor mounts in ..

Impressions? Much more connected to the car with absolutely no wheel hop.

Call me crazy, but my car also shifts a lot smoother for some reason. I didn't have any notchy gear changes when I first set off this morning on a cold start.

Great mod!
