ST169, I installed the new rubber today, ended up getting Falken ZiexZE-502 high-perf in 235/45/17...I'm still amazed at the unbelievable difference good tires make on a car. Will post some pics tomorrow...next up is a drop and TL rear sway bar.

 

Hey Mark, nice choice! Did you mean ZE-512s though? I've never heard of the 502s. In any case, yeah, new tires really do transform the car. Blowing out one of my Nexens was probably the best thing that could've happened to me because now riding on the Falkens the car drives so much smoother.

Can't wait to see some pictures.

Got my Accord back and she drives great.

finally got to ship a few minor goodies over from japan for my brother's accord. hopefully i can have it done ASAP when it arrives!

 

Looks good, Mark. Those Si wheels look a lot like the 6 speed wheels at certain angles. It's going to look SOOOOOOO much better with a drop. Keep us posted!

After reading Terry's restoration thread, I am going to clean up my 6 year old Accord .

The car was definitely on the east coast, lots of surface rust on the calipers / other components.

Time to sand, primer and paint this weekend.

Lights off on accord with my genesis chillin in the back..


OEM DRL with my PnP harness for the turn signal + parking light


Low beam + Fogs. currently, fogs are getting its power from the low beam.. x_x waiting on FedEx to deliver the rest of my goods.


also added JDM tail lights.. although its basically hybrid tails minus the extra little light on the side..

few other things i did was DICE unit.. LED plate light and reverse lights.. i think thats all he needs. hehe

now he needs new brake pads...
might as well get new rotors. haha
