Sorry, I misread your previous post and inferred an aftermarket tune.

I'm guessing the difference is the amount of time spent sitting in stopped traffic.

No worry, I wish I have a tune. GIAC or Cobb would be my choice, but kids come first nowadays.

Wow, I thought you'd be at least in the low 20's with a stock tune. I drive a similar mix and average about 17mpg in my M3.

Hey Savage. What rims do you have? We just had a 2010 M3 in the shop. I have a front and rear rim with rash. They can be repaired. Trying to get rid of them for cheap.

I was wondering why you had the 2nd sentence in red. Then I realized that you're charliemike, but in my reply, I was thinking about ttribe.

Momentary thread derail coming -

I hate factory BMW brake pads. Hate.Them.

Make my wheels black almost immediately after cleaning them. But, I'm still under the free maintenance, so I don't want to change to an aftermarket. Ugggh.

Now, back to the thread subject.

M3 was fun while it lasted but received an offer for it that I couldnt refuse and priorities have changed since having a kid.

I picked up an ugly off the streets...but very comfortable with lots of torques. Love the color combo though.

Bring on the hate.

No replica wheels for me, rather keep the stock wheels.

Yes sir! It should hold me over for a year or so. Not sure if I will tune it. Its a comfortable commuter car for me.

Maybe I will just go with a single big turbo on it!

Well, I know you know ESS well, but don't know if you've ever driven a N54 with one of their tunes. One of the best features about their tunes is that the car remains a nice commuter when you aren't pushing it hard (I do 30 miles each way for work every day) and then it changes personality in the blink of an eye. None of that nonsense where the car is no longer drivable at "normal" speeds, etc. I really do recommend it.

Stop it!

Just trying not to mod this thing. Need to make sure I have side money for maintenance.

I also had a N54 335i back in 2007 that was tuned.

I seem to remember a certain person posting pictures of aero lips in my thread when I first bought my 335i...hmmmm. I think I'll not be stopping any time soon.

Ditched the squared OEM 19" setup on my M3 and went back to staggered. Liked the aggressive look in the front but it was a total pain in the ass to drive with all the tramlining and hydroplaning.

Hopefully getting a day off for detailing soon!

I know a lot of people on the internet found the E60 ugly, but I always loved them. My uncle has one and it's truly a beautiful car that handles like a dream. Not to mention the N54 engine is a great balance of performance, and gas mileage.

Congratulations on your purchase.

First F80 M3. must be nice to be rich in Dubai. He has E92 M3, F80 M3, F13 M6.

The exhaust sound is a lot better than what i expected, It sounds like E46 M3 but not as raspy and annoying. and BMW changed the speedo light from Orange 335 to white white M3?? that is a first in 3 series.

I dont wanna copy and paste the whole thing.

Go there and read:

Yea it does sound good!

My E90 M3 gauge cluster was whitish, but not as white as the F80.

F80 looks more like the M5 now, very classy!

Looking at a 2009 535i xDrive tomorrow, one owner, 56k miles, extended warranty till October '14, dealer maintained and all service records available. What's a reasonable price to pay and what should I inspect/look for when looking at the car in person?
