Shocking how much the front lifted on the E, probably softer suspension not it trying to lift the front wheels

Breh.. that's 50k GBP (£) ~ $65k
That's a straight line though, NSX still beats the M5 in most twisties.. several seconds at Laguna Seca
But you buy an NSX to get your dicc succed parked at the car meats.. you get an M5 to get it succed leaving the car meats
NSX should hold it's value pretty well similar to the LFA
LFA in that head to head would have been laughable
But that M5 in two years.. probably pick it up for half the price

My coworker has a new M5.. it's really nice, but I like the presence of the merc more personally

I never liked the rear of C... it looks like someone shaved off half of its ass. E sedan looks exactly the same as C... ... But yah wagon solves that problem tho.

Then you have the ferrari challenge with all these rich fuccers playing destruction derby with their 300k ferraris

Met one at a Ferrari show here in Houston. Guy had his 458Challenge opened up & letting people crawl all over it. Swatted a bee off of it with his hat & made the comment that it sees rougher use on the track.

In person is a different experience than pictures. I like marketing pics of it, but in person it leaves a lot to be desired IMO.
Agree.. estate solves all.
They had racks of slicks (there were at least 2 extra sets of tires for each car) and a bunch of team members - mechanics, guys dicking around on computers with telemetry or whatever.
Of course ya boy passed them up on the track, in my BRZ even. Felt better than raw sex for the first time. My ego was restored. The driver probably wasn't even trying, but that doesn't matter.

The current market doesn't seem that way; I see 44 listed right now, the bulk of which are only 2 years old with 1,000-3,500 miles and the cars are all around $140-$155,000 with MSRPs of $175,000-$205,000.
It's hard to compare to the LFA as well. LFAs struggled the first few years, esp. with the Lexus stipulations to kill the flippers, so there wasn't a way to see how much one would fork out to get one at launch. These days, there doesn't appear to be a single one under MSRP anymore, and the Nurburgring cars are now $900,000+.

Speaking of the NSX...has this been posted before? I did a search and came up with zilch...so, hopefully not a repost...

This. All day. Every day.
Also, I'm in Germany right now and there is so much car envy everywhere. CLA/CLS AMG shooting brakes, C43 AMG wagon, Golf R wagon, S3/RS3 hatch, 5 series wagons, M140i hatchback, the list goes on.
Lastly, my rental was an Alfa Stelvio AWD diesel. Would not buy ever. The drive was very much just ok, the interior was horrible, the infotainment was horrible, I couldn't figure out most of what the buttons did, and at speeds over 120mph it was quite unstable. It did, however, get 33.6mpg combined even with all the autobahn blasts...so that's good.

C43 Estate would be perfect, I'm sure my wife is glad the C-Estate isn't sold here. I'd have had one 100% over the sedan.

I actually like it. Looks like a baby 4Runner.
I'm still not a crossover guy, but I've suggested the Rav4 to people looking for one. Being so new, not everyone is aware of it.

I just have a rather intense (and childish) knee-jerk reaction to SUVs and CUVs ....
NO, NO, NO ... I hate everything about it: its size, its looks, its ride-height, its popularity (which is killing off sedans), etc.
Yes, I know ... it's rather irrational and unfair (one could argue that SUVs/CUVs allow auto makers to fund other projects), but there you go.

I'm sure it's a perfectly fine (or even a fantastic) vehicle and a good tool for the things that many folks need to do.

For all an SUV's merits - safer, better visibility, practicality - they take as much away from every other vehicle out there on the road. It's not safer getting hit by an SUV, not easier to see around them, and they take up more parking space.
I have plenty of friends and family who go camping, on trips in general, have kids, and a compact/midsize crossover is great for a lot of that. 80% or more of Escalade and MB GL owners though, those jerks usually don't need all that size.

I love that Rav4. I don't like most of the crossovers but that thing looks pretty cool

Mercedes got the CLA and CLS.... they need a C class "gran coupe" (CLC) I am surprised they have not offered 1 yet considering how successful 4GC is to BMW.

I'm actually right there with you. I wouldn't be caught dead in a crossover, but I will admit they work great for a lot of people.

I don't foresee prices dropping below 100k on them. If they did, that would be a steal. So not apples to apples I guess, but I do think the NSX should hold value unlike the M or AMG variety.
I'll keep watching NSX prices.. at one point about 10-12 years ago, I was seeing OG NSXs sell in the low twenties.
I doubt we'll see any decent ones in that price range again.

Negs. No word yet on MB importing this here
Oh damn.. I didn't know the LFA did an uptick. I was also under the impression that buyers were scoring the new NSX for around 150k new.

The market seems to deadline at $130,000, and refuse below $120,000 for anything that has anywhere from 8,000-15,000+ miles.
LFA values seem to be thanks to 3-4 Nurburgring cars that came to market in the last year; they were pretty rare to see otherwise. I think someone saw one go for big money, and other owners decided to see what they could get; there were 3 auctioned in the last 6 months for nearly a million bucks, so I've seen normal LFAs actually quote those auction prices when justifying $400K+ asking prices now.
