Honestly, the Traction Control in 2006+ really does not help much. Like you said it does not really kick it until it is probably too late.

my favorite is 2004-2005... good compromise.
No, the inside of a Miata is not smaller than an s2000. I literally cannot endure more than a 30min drive in an s2000 because it is so cramped. I've driven a half day with a Miata without issue. On the outside, yes, it is smaller, but inside it is bigger.

And to each there own about the traction control. It works and it has saved my friend a couple times, while still letting you play. If you're playing on wet roads, well, you're just asking for it.

This doesn't make any sense. The s2000 has a bigger body, but a more cramped interior (have you seen how big the engine bay on the s2000 is compared to a Miata?) How is it considered a lighter car if you just said it's bigger?

2006 Miata GT curb weight: 2498lbs
2006 s2000 curb weight: 2855lbs

A difference of 357lbs. And it's not like these two cars are massively different in size. Both of the curb weights are from the manufacturers themselves.

Gah...NO. I'm saying the S2000 in GENERAL is considered a lighter car. Compared to everything else on the road, she's a twig/stick.

I'm not saying the S2000 is LIGHTER than the Miata.

You guys are lucky. The other day I had a dream that I was marrying a really fat chick. To each his own, but I like spinners.

She also had a kid, from another dude. Said dude was invited to the wedding. Everyone was so ecstatically happy for me. When I woke up I almost threw up.

Never drinking too much wine again.

ANYWAY, S2000s. Yeah. They're cool.

It's funny because my friend has a AP2. His car is pretty well modified. A front splitter/Vortex wing and all that. He said that his car has a tendency to spin when it's going slow due to the lack of downforce in the back. He has to go FASTER to not spin out.

I was like ummmmmmmmm

Is this some sort of existential question? Well, if I didn't know about them, then yeah... I wouldn't know

No little Costcos running around out. If I did, then I would want to know.

He probably means on the track. That's a whole different animal. Indeed, almost every S2000 I've seen at the track had a GT wing.

I really liked my car just driving on the street. But between the cones and on the track is where I fell in love with it.

yeah, the first time it was mentioned, it didn't seem like it was concerning track use -

And to find a clean AP2 will NOT be cheap. haha also, there's a reason why 9/10 S2K track cars have a front splitter and a GT wing in the back. They NEED those.
I mean serious if you can't handle a 240-hp RWD car with like 110 ft-lbs of torque maybe it's time to go back to driving school.

Fantasize about and impregnate fat chicks, I guess. Must be a subconscious thing.

and yeah I'm pretty bad at detecting sarcasm on the internet. Not too great at conveying it either. Exception being a pun thread on AZ, where it's a given.

how fkin cool was it to see Magnus Walker in the latest Porsche commercial?? damn I was like, damn son.

I always wondered what Porsche thought about the kind of work he does. Well, it looks like they embrace it.

So I had a weird dream last night where I sold the IS for a E65 7 Series. One that had cloth sport seats, a manual transmission, a digital gauge cluster, and a 450hp V8. I woke up very confused.
