Also Fords interior, while it may look good is def a quality below what I presume the TLX's would be.
Still though when that time comes for me and I can afford, say an M3. I don't care how squished the back is for my kids, I'm getting it.
Looks are in the eye of the beholder
True. That TDI gas mileage... they know how to design wagons the best
Ah, manic old me... yes, I considering one of those a loooong time ago. I love the "magic seats".
Honestly Costco, if I hadn't cheaped out and bought a TDI JSW I'd still be driving it. I only got rid of the VW because I hated the I-5 engine. If VW announces they are bringing a 4Motion Golf Sportwagen to the States, then I'm waiting for that ... Don't be scared of ze Germans

I forgot which version of the Fusion I drove... wait it was the hybrid I think. Maybe thats why I dont have favorable views of it.

As I always say, f it, it's a lease.
I love the car but god the interior fit and finish isn't becoming of a $35k car. Rattles everywhere at 10,000 miles. One is in my left ear inside the B pillar and I'm ready to take a sledgehammer to it. Sunroof leaked a few months ago (clogged drain).

Going to the dealer this Saturday to (tactfully) pitch a fit about why there are still rattles after four visits to the service dept.
Styling wasn't my favorite. Fusion is youthful. Turbocharged. Wanted to experience something outside of the Honda family (I like trying new things). Next will probably be German.
Yeah its a bummer, but it really is my only qualm with the car. It drives great and has everything I need otherwise.

I have a scubaru with front struts and while it rides ok, it NOT soak up road imperfections as well as the CL type S does.. it just seems to be a bit harsher.. although the Subaru will corner as well as the CL-S does thanks to AWD
IIHS has a fairly new test for front quarter impact (small overlap front test). I drive a lot of 2-lane highways and every fucking day it's either oncoming or some douche in front of me who can't control their vehicle and stay within the yellow. Next ride will definitely be high marks in that regard.
Yea I just saw something on autoblog where it said the Fit got a bump in the small overlap test to acceptable. Or something like that. So it just made me wonder if people look. I havent bought a car, but I never really payed attention to it, just wondering if you guys do when you buy a car.

Slower than anything on earth, but so very cool.
