Disagree, the Model 3 is a ton of fun to drive and the instant torque is an absolute blast. Remember the first time you felt a F/I motor hit full boost? It doesn't hold a candle to an electric motor.

It also handles super well for what it is and has a ton of fun gadgets and gizmos to play with.

Only reason to not get one would be for a manual trans.

 

There's no question it's quick and fun, but it's soulless

That's the thing though, it's not a sleeper. Everyone knows that a Tesla is fast, there isn't a question about it.

No one knows that a Golf R is fast, ditto for an AMG wagon, etc.

Yeah, there's the S - the one I prefer. It has much better proportions compared to the 3 and is insanely fast.
