Just a few months after a red Lexus LFA was sold by RM Sotheby’s for $675,000, another LFA painted in the same delicious shade has found its way onto the used car market. This example has even fewer miles under its belt.

I remember when Lexus couldn't give these things away. I'll admit, I thought it was a fable attempt at a super car when the LFA launched. Now!? Still not the prettiest thing, but the unique design has totally grown on me. And that exhaust note is musical. The LFA is certainly in my dream garage.

Love the sound, even if it's impractical, even by supercar standards (TGUK: Difficult seatbelts & Zippo lighter fuel capacity)

Can't bring my self to own a black car & don't like the cream gauges. Otherwise, amazing.

I could own a black 930 but those cream gauges , unfortunately this 930 only has the 4 speed transaxle which didn't get the 5 speed transaxle until 1989.

No doubt it's a sweet car in any spec.
Nearly got some seat time in my wife's former boss' 930, but it was having shift issues & would randomly pop out of gear

I know it's not as rare as many of the cars posted here, but carsandbids took agreed to host my 6 speed TL. Only 84k and in great shape.
The link is here and the bidding is good until Tuesday: https://carsandbids.com/auctions/rMXvkY0R/2006-acura-tl

BMW announced no more DCT's and manuals, the last manual you can get is in an M2 and "if you want one, you'd better act sooner rather than later." Ugh, the end of my love affair with the marque.

My love of the brand ended when they changed their designs. Every car they now make (other than X3, X5, and 8 series) are fugly. I'm sure those three will get design updates to be fugly soon enough.

+1,
I saw a 924GTR in the University of Illinois electrical engineering faculty parking lot in the mid-90's. Apparently belonged to some teacher/professor, was really curious how they got it into the US.

Rock and roll and cool cars go hand in hand, it has always been like that. Nick Mason (Pink Floyd), Kid Rock, James Hetfield (Metallica), and Eric Clapton are just some of the most famous car collectors from the rock scene. Rolling Stones’ co-founder Keith Richards is also known as a car fanatic and now you have the chance to buy a car that previously belonged to him.
The Ferrari Dino you see depicted below left the factory on February 10, 1972, with a chassis number 03354. Finished in Argento Metallizzato with Nero Connolly leather interior, the car was a US-specification model and was delivered to Richards in California in June 1972. Bill Harrah’s Modern Classic Motors was responsible for the delivery of the supercar some four months after it was assembled in Italy.
Three years later, in 1975, Richards shipped the car to England and gave it local registration plates (GYL 157N). According to the available information, the guitarist used the car during Rolling Stones’ European tours with over 25,000 miles driven during the next decade.
The Dino was then sold in Japan and was part of a private collection until it returned to Europe in 2014. The car was then acquired by another famous musician – Liam Howlett, who is the co-founder of The Prodigy. It changed hands quickly again and received a full restoration between 2015 and 2018 at a cost of more than $85,000. Two more owners followed but the car remained in pristine condition, similar to what it looked when Richards acquired it in 1972.
Today, the Dino retains its original color and interior combination and rides on Cromadora alloy wheels with Michelin XWK tires. The clocks show 30,037 original miles. The car will go under the hammer during RM Sotheby’s Monterey auction on August 17 this year. The auction house estimates the vehicle will be sold for between $400,000 and $500,000.
