The sizzle in the Steak
^^ If the response was checkmate...the game is over.
Why would Audi respond with Come play, then?

^^Moog, I think your ad should say "Game Over."
To the original set of billboards, I think Audi could respond with an "Oh really?" and show a top trim R8 on a billboard that blocks out the sun across the street.
I honestly hope Audi does answer. This is some funny German slap fighting.

Audi gambled and lost.
I think Audi will be smart and take their lumps....and move on to a new campaign.

They pretty much have to give a golf clap and say "Well played".

I never said there was anything wrong with the current 4.2 V8L in the R8, in fact I think it's one of the world's greatest engines as it performed flawlessly in my previous A8. I mentioned that because I personally always thought after test driving it, the R8 needed a V10 to match the great looks; not that it was slow at all, not even close but could've went a lot faster.
Don't be fooled, I wasn't trying to knock Audi down, in fact I've owned an A3 and an A8 in the past few years. Like a few other members have mentioned, this thread wasn't targeting the cars(A4 vs M3), it's the clever response from the other party that is quite humourous. I also think the people on this forum are very positive when it comes to Audi; you'll notice we do nothing but praise Audi's car designs and their technology pretty much everywhere on Acurazine.

Your A8 has a different 4.2 in it, just to let you know. Only the displacement is the same.

Audi's LMP program is more successful than BMW's F1 isn't it?
