Oh…I got it. I was sent an email because I had the OnOne PE4 Software from before. I suppose I was on their mailing list. Just followed the prompts and downloaded 8 for free. Plugins for LR and PSE11.
That's fantastic looking footage for being from the 20s.
Last night I dreamt I looked in my camera bag and had a Hasselblad that I had "forgotten" I had. It was a special one in that it took Canon EF lenses. The catch was that although it was an older digital model, and AF worked with the Canon lenses, I had to manually "advance the film" with a lever to be able to take the next shot.
My brain is weird.

why didn't I think to do that...
I also had previously downloaded their software and was on the list.
A Rare Connection: My Photo Shoot with John Schneider
there are maybe 2 good images in here - the rest are HDR'ed to hell.
what a shame given the locations.

Again it strikes me how, often times, B&W just says more to me.
well I first launched Standalone and that was OK but the real magic (IMO) with this kind of thing comes when you use it as a plugin combined with LR (or PS) - and the reason for that is you get this compounding effect where you are merging the styles and editing options of more than one program.
here is a first image edited with it - I layered a few filters (nice touch) just poking around and am quite pleased with it - more than I thought I would be - I like the Vintage set to add that low-contrast look. Nice find!

Just logged into my flickr for the first time in FOREVER
Not sure when...but I guess they made more changes...all my stuff was deleted. Now says I have nothing uploaded.
Guess they got rid of being grandfathered into keeping my "pro" account which I thought they were keeping for those us who kept it on autopay....now there is just the ad free option.
Not sure I will bother to use it again or not...It reminded how absolutely shitty their new layout is. So convoluted with garbage.

NOTE: The Canon EOS 6D Body may come in a kit box. The Canon EOS 6D Body for sale is 100% Brand New, Never Used. The lens has been removed from the kit box and sold on a separate listing.
Warranty through seller, not Canon North America.

Oh definitely grey market all the way.

convenience factor. plus it would be nice to have one card for raw and one for jpeg just so that its not bunched together.
but the (waaaaaaaaay) better high ISO ability vs the 7D alone is enough reason IMO. Then you wouldn't have to do all that noise cleaning up, thus getting the photos all "muddy"
meh' you can always use the recomposing technique, a lot of pros still do (especially for portraits), your boy Zack Arias does

The only reason why i had to do noise cleaning up is because i didn't have a fast lens at the time and had to shoot iso 4000 to get at least a decent shutter speed.
