I shoot people
here's a screen shot of LR5 when I exported it (so it went from import to export with no adjustments)

No, you can't filter the Sigma 12-24 HSM, not the screw on type anyways
here's a screen shot of LR5 when I exported it (so it went from import to export with no adjustments)

I usually do, but I belong to some forums where sometimes people request for photos taken with no pp, uploaded straight from SD card. So, this particular shot was taken in JPEG for that purpose, I did switched it to RAW and took some more but I decided this one unprocessed was just fine

1) The main focal point of this photo is an out of focus corner of a bed, and thusly the girl's attention is in that direction.
2) Its clearly still light outside...or there is a light outside the window
3) The scene is way over exposed for the effect desired
4) The overall composition is highly lacking both in frame and lens choice.
5) the light in the closet does nothing...other than look like a light in the closet.
So, if you were going for a shot that captures a kid seeing some voyuer creepy dude photographing her in her room...congrats.
Otherwise, you failed hard.

@Italiano Unfortunately every point Sarlacc made I would have to agree with, and to quote Sly Raskal " If you post something on a public forum, be prepared for anything someone else has to say".
Don't take that in a bad way either, all it will do is make you a better photographer help you learn and grow
Anytime I post anything on here I hope people pick my stuff apart. You have to be able to take constructive criticism. That's what separates the men from the boys
