How about throwing out some specific dates within September? I think it's safe to say that it would be better if we make all necessary plans revolving around a specific date and time - seems like the first logical step to take after the discussion thus far

but hot during september though? id think that the heat would have died down by then since its getting closer to winter at that time...
. but then again who knows with this weather nowadays its really unpredictable. considering over here in NorCal there was still rain during June up until the middle/end of it.

keep it sept 18-19 no need to push it out further... if anyone remembers 2009 Acurafest was in the park hot as fuk but still fun, wear some shorts and have some water.

Sept 17-18 is good for me and Chumash isn't bad...but I don't mind either way, just want to make it fair for everyone.
But if anyone is deciding on Oct, better not be on the 15th...HIN is coming back and won't miss that
