2011 All-Cali/Acurafest Planning Thread: Coarsgold, CA-Date TBA

So ill start a new thread again

how are we feeling as far as dates and location this year?

do we still like the central valley locations?

last years meet was fun, the location, gambling, food was nice, but shade would have been a plus.

i still liked the 09 location at Woodward Park.

Discuss and brainstorm here.

Thanks

-Bryan

COAST? INTERESTING.

Bryan, find a place on the coast & shoot some pics, we gotta be able to fit around 100 cars comfortably. Make sure all roads leading to the spot are paved.

I didnt mind the casino last year gave people a reason to stay the night and party it up and try to win some $$$ im always down for anything but if the drive is around 4 + hours it would be cool to have it somewhere with the possibility to stay the evening

yea if i had to drive back down to so cal it woulda been like 5 hours so definitely needs to be a meet spot where people have the option to stay the night... i think the casino was a cool place myself it was fun afterwards to drink, gamble and chill with friends

chuckchansi would be cool! it was a nice spot in the middle for both nor/so-cal and coo spot to chill/drink after the meet... plus we might still have the hook-up over there?

Sigh hook-up again lol. Yea the casino is fine, but I agree with everyone if it is somewhere else it's better to stay over then a 1 day trip. As for dates I think it's gonna be a late hot summer again like last year the way the weather is acting up.
