i may actually make it with my car this year hahah...i think pismo is good...its in the middle of everyone, and its scenic for photoshoots and stuff...the beach is always a good time...and sure we cant go gamble or whatever, but im sure we can get a group rate at a nearby hotel..i think the beach and friends alone is reason to spend the night.

i agree. people can always share rooms at whatever hotel they feel like.
there are some nice pubs/bars in downtown slo where we all can after.
mothers tavern looks pretty good. their menu is online. then theres the famous Splash Cafe in Pismo. AJ Spurs is good if you guys are wanting meat. theres lots of options.

OK lets get serious here guys. Any AZINER in the SB area that can give us a real review with some pics to go along. I need some info to see if they are a decent resort, or just a hole in the wall Casino. Most online reviews are pretty mixed. Plus how far is the drive to SB or the BEACH.

Have you been? please elaborate. I really wana get a feel for this place. Too much BS on the web & I would rather trust an AZINER opinion before a random web post.

the chumash is about 35-45 from santa barbara, it's pretty cool. the drive down to sb is really nice if you want to drive along the coast or you can also take the 154 to sb which goes through the mountains.
i'm voting for the chumash, i am a bit bias though

on my next day off i'll drive along the beach looking for a park or something with a big parking lot in the event that we mob it to santa barbara
i will also try going to the chumash again sometime soon check it out to refresh my memory
how many cars should we expect?

idk..pismo would be nice
personally, i think SB is too far south for anyone in nor cal
i say its either Fresno (which im sure we have dealer support/sponsorship again)
or pismo (bbq, beach do whatever you want)
who knows, it may be nice to step away from the sponsors, booths, ect and just have a good ol meet. idk. im just thinking aloud

Nom Nom Nom!
Chumash is a nice casino. I've been there once for a business meeting. But checking online looks like their hotel is booked on the last weekend of sept if that is the date we are going to use. Also Bryan makes a good point Fresno Acura did sponsor and help out with Acurafest. Is there a dealership over there that is willing to do the same.
