i have had a few all wheel drive cars and the awd puts a damper on sport driving on dry pavement. don't get me wrong in the snow awd is great but on a dry day or in the rain front wheel drive is more practical and more fun.

The RL one is unfamiliar but I guess following in last gens RL.

In Canada, they just announced he MSRP of the new 05 RL will be $69,500, up from $55,800 for the 2004 3.5RL model That's a whopping ~24 % increase, an extraordinarily high price increase for a new model even though it offers vast improvements over the old.
I just got that info.

I think that is correct in simple terms.

Latest issue of Car and Driver (10/04) did a brief test of the RL at Summit Point in W. Virginia.
They estimate the 0-60 at 6.3 and the 1/4 in 15.0 however these are only estimates. According to the article there are no options and it should be priced significantly under 50 large.

Those are some good numbers for the RL considering that it is NOT meant to be for speed but for control, luxury and balance

The 2006 M45 concept is a looker as well. I like what I've seen of that car so far.

This shot reminds be a bit of the 6 series coupe only with 4 doors.
I really can't wait to test drive the V8 model.

A stretched wheelbase version of that car would look real nice, just a thought for acura.
