Depending on where it snapped you may be able to solder it. Just make sure you use shrink tube after and maybe a couple of layers of electrical tape to ensure that it will not short.

If the wire snapped right were it goes into the sensor then you will not be able to solder it. You will need to remove the sensor and replace it. Buying a new sensor will not be expensive. You are looking at around $60-80 on ebay. However, removing the old sensor may be tricky. The sensor is bolted onto the hub and tends to stick to the hub even when you remove the holding nut.
So make sure that you don't try and force it out or you will break it. If you break it then you are in for trouble. The axle would need to be removed from the hub so you could push the stuck sensor out from the inside.

Anyways, I have not done this on the TL but I did it on my Accord. From the looks of it, both the TL and the Accord have similar designs for the ABS.

Here is a diagram of the ABS sensor (notice how it goes into the hub). This is not an Acura diagram but it is similar:

And here is a link with a picture of the actual Acura sensor:

can't believe the guy who did it won't take ownership...i assume you escalated this to his management/corporate? worth mentioning that if he won't take ownership of the issue that it is likely a liability concern for him, or he already knows how big of a repair it will be.

otherwise, I wouldn't recommend tackling this yourself seeing as you already had to get someone to do your springs for you (no offense, I couldn't do it either haha).

For $240 I want the peace of mind that it's done correctly. Hospital bills cost $240 per minute. I'd take it on the chin and fight with the spring installer after getting it fixed.

It really isn't that difficult at all. Don't be discouraged by people telling you otherwise. Basically, if the sensor is stuck to the hub DON'T try and take it out. Go to a mechanic. If the sensor comes right out, then the whole job would take you 20 minutes max.
