Honda engines generally sound bad with aftermarket exhausts, so cutting off the mufflers would be a poor choice.

Seems a little iffy to say the least. But the only way you'll know if you like it is to give it a try.

Your other options would be a catback (expensive but will sound good) or you can just replace the mufflers with something like magnaflow 11225. I have the magnaflows and it defiantly adds a good bit of sound.

For street cars, I do not believe there has ever been a good sounding car with deleted mufflers. This is a really bad idea; if you try it, you'll end up with a headache in short order from the nasty sounding drone.

Hell no.

Just cut out the mid muffler only just to get a little sound, leave everything else alone. It only costs about $50-70 at most exhaust shops. This is called stage 1 exhaust so you can search for threads on it!

Please reread this entire thread, you've been answered several times already. If you are unable to comprehend the advice given to you, then delete the mufflers and learn for yourself.

Well no ig but I do have a YouTube video. Although my car also has RV6 jpipe and high flow precats so it's different than just having the mufflers. Still the magnaflow mufflers add a lot of sound. Very noticeable but not obnoxious.

Almost no drone to speak of but there is rasp that develops past 5000 rpm. To get rid of it I would need a larger resonator to deal with the increased airflow.

You can add one on 3 inch section on the Jpipe after flex. Vibrant makes excellent resonators, quality 304 steel and good packing. I have total of 4 on my Infiniti

I just muffler deleted my 2010 3.7 auto and I think it sounds pretty great for the price. I was expecting it to be a lot louder at idle. Actually brought the magnaflows and decided to leave them off. It sounds great on startup and between 3k-5k RPM. There's a little drone when tapping the throttle at low RPM, but I must be weird because I like it. It doesn't scream at high RPM, WOT like I expected.

This is just the rear mufflers deleted i have a video of it stock aswell on the channel so you can compare them the muffler delete wasnt bad it did have more of a growl than stock with very little drone but its still pretty quiet.

Don't want to rain on this parade but personally (and many agree) I think if you want "growl" and more "noise" from your car you should get one of those fake engine noise things and have it installed inside your car. You can crank it up inside your car and make all the GD noise you want (and appear to love) inside your vehicle while the rest of us on the outside can live in peace and quiet.

Yeah I hate to have made a mistake, but after driving around on the muffler delete for a couple days I wish I would've had them put in the magnaflows. A muffler delete is very near the lowest end of the spectrum from bad to good exhaust setups, and especially in the morning drive to work I feel very obnoxious. My initial excitement of being able to hear a more aggressive sound has worn off. I'll probably live with it for a few months, but I'm going to eventually throw in the magnaflows.
