Hey guys so I have new piping 2.5 and yesterday i just took out the cat converter and replaced it with an open track pipe. I have two 3A mufflers, although I should of gotten magna flow. Guy who sold them to me said they were until I looked for the damn brand name engraved. Oh well cant cry over spilled milk right guys. So being I did this yesterday, I notice a little more of a ricer sound. Honestly I believe its the damn muffler since the quality is no where near magnaflows muffler when welded. I hear the 3A mufflers have fiberglass inside and when that wears out the mufflers become even louder. Solution: Magnaflow mufflers, or any other good quality you guys know of ? Please let me know what you guys think. I really appreciate the help dudes

It has a nice deep tone, not a ricer sound at all! I highly recommend Magnaflow.... I'm in school right now but when I get home, I'll post up a sound clip of my setup.

Thanks dude, I also got another idea, Putting a Louvered Core Resonator which is a straight pipe resanator which should get rid of the raspiness and add more of a growl. I am thinking of a cheaper way to do this, although Im still most likely will buy the magnaflow mufflers part number 14864 which are pretty nice. The 3A mufflers suck !!! No one ever buy those mufflers my acura friends.
