Graphicguy, I bet your salesperson is Steve Swantko. He's mine, too. I have had a few issues with my '09 CPO SH-AWD tech and they have stepped up every single time.

As a matter of fact, my car is at the body shop right now having the rear bumper sanded down and repainted for free after I backed into something and the paint peeled incessantly from several flex points away from the impact point.

They also covered an $1100 repair that the service manager approved without my written approval. The service Steve provides is absolutely second to none and I will buy all future Acuras from him without fail.

JM....thanks, I still check in here from time-to-time, maybe not to post, but to see what's going on. I was surprised to see this thread still going.

Hogan....Swantko is great. We catch up with each other on occasion to talk about our respective golf games. He's been at Superior Acura for a lot of years. If he's not the best, he's one of the best guys there.

Bottom line, you have to spend a whole lot more money (speaking from personal experience) to significantly exceed what the TL SH AWD is/does. Still carry a soft spot for it.

You look at something like a 5 series or A6 (sizewise comparable to the TL), and that price delta becomes even bigger.

For example, I've yet to sit in any other car, regardless of price, that has sport seats as comfortable as the TL SH AWD's. TL SH AWD rotates around a corner with the best of them. Go listen to a $50K 4cyl turbo in a BMW and tell me it sounds anywhere close to a $50K car.

Again, the differences are there. Whether they're worth the money or significant is a question each individual can answer.

Yeah. We've talked golf a lot, too. I e been meaning to get him out to the Oasis. Maybe I'll do that when the weather breaks.

All I have to do is call him directly and he sets everything up for me. Hard to beat.
