Haven't seen any TL myself too, but a lot of Genesis. Probably Genesis is eating TL and others

I do not own the new TL, but yesterday I seen 3 AWD TL's every 6 blocks or so I was walking down West Broadway in NYC. I've also seen them several times on the West Side Hwy. I must say that it looks very intimidating versus my 3G TL on the road....may have to go and test drive one soon.

I parked right next to a stock Palladium Metallic FWD ebony interior with splash guards outside Baja fresh in Woodland Hills, but couldn't locate the owner? That looked pretty cool with a side by side profile.

I drove past a Palladium Metallic TL on Saturday. It looked great and had quite a presence on the road.

Just saw another Palladium Metallic FWD stock with a female driving and male passenger on PCH in Malibu just north of Topanga today at about 10am traveling south, it looked nice and clean.

You last three guys try and get more descriptive, are you seeing AWD or FWD? What colors? Male or female drivers? Age? Ya dig?

All of the ones I've see so far = FWD, haven't seen any AWD. I'm sure the FWD = Tech package however.
Probably seen at least 5 different ones now. Colors varies evenly. Saw a blue one the other day.

All = Male drivers, middle aged :\

I finally saw one! I was starting to think mine was the only one in Kansas City. It was white, FWD...didn't see who was driving....I actually almost missed them since I was angry at the person in front of me for driving 15 under in the passing lane, which happens ALL the time here.....

They were driving in the other direction so I didn't get to see if it was FWD or AWD. Saw two black and one mayan bronze. The drivers were all male mid 30s to mid 40s.

Saw two today, WDP AWD with what looked like a cross dresser driving not sure if it was a male or a female? I am going to guess and say a female with a very hairy upper lip. And another PMM FWD with a male midget driving, he looked to be middle aged however its hard to tell. Kind of a crazy day huh?

This is the first day that I saw two '09 TL's. I saw a Palladium Metallic in the morning and a Grigio in the afternoon. I was driving my Jeep Wrangler...

I Saw 6 4G TL's Today In Toronto.. Damn

I'm not sure what it is but it seems like 4G TL sales are doing pretty good in Toronto.

Maybe the Acura Canada promotion after the PGA Masters tournament helped improve sales.

I saw 3 near Bayview Village then 1 on 401 West then 2 more on Allan Rd.

Only 2 of them were SH-AWDs which is a little surprising.

Yea...just wanted to post that. =)

I am driving a 3G.

Yeah for some reason, ppl want the basic TL more. It's less costly and less rough during the ride and few young guys buy that car in my city, they go more for the TSX...

OFF TOPIC: Still, can't wait to get mine during the month of June 2009.

Yeah my 2nd car...it'll be a change from the 2003 Honda Civic I currently have. But 6 years later, it was time for a change and I want a somewhat luxurious sport car for a 6'4'' guy.

Nice site btw!

Nice!

I just picked mine up in Edmonton on Friday - I live north though.

I have it parked out in front of my house and a guy was walking buy - circled the car and looked in. I went out and asked if he wanted to see it. He said he has never seen this car before and that it is so beautiful. Hehehe.

So I now have a 2009 TL SH-AWD Tech in Palladium.

I gave my dad my 2007 TL Navi in White.

Both sitting out front look quite nice.

For some reason I think the cost of the LTs in Canada are better priced than the States (exchange rate factored in of course)

1 white TL no AWD
1 blue TL no AWD
1 black TL AWD

And that's it.

It's a pretty rare car indeed!

Well, after seeing only about 2 4G's on my albeit infrequent excursions to Miami, I finally saw a 4G in Key West this morning - silver FWD with a "Rick Case" license frame. Don't know if it belongs to someone on this forum or not. I was on my motorcycle so I couldn't as a 3G TL owner pull up and ask any questions without being considered a crazy nut.

After not seeing an 09 actually on the road I have seen two AWD TL's (white and burgundy) this week. I could probably live the the rear end but the whole front clip is a like a bad horror movie.

I've seen about 3-4 in edmonton so far, one was that mayan bronze, the other two i saw were silver. I went to the dealership yesturday and was there for about 45mins and they had sold 3 new ones. Most of them bought the FWD.

I'm not sure if there is any deals in the states, but currently in canada they have 1.9% financing up to 36 months or 2.9% for 48 months. If you pay cash, there is $3000 cash incentive on the FWD not the AWD, also $1500 for owning an acura before. I take it thats probabbly why so many FWD's are being sold getting 4500 off is a lot basically puts the FWD with tech around the same price as a fully loaded TSX.

I have seena few Genesis, but still more 09 TL, neither one have I seen that many of. Thisnk about it Genesis there are maybe 15-18K cars sold to date, and the 4G TL is maybe around the same so neither has that many yet and it is a big country ;-)

I was headed south on Phoenix, AZ Interstate 17 on Saturday afternoon. I looked in my side mirror and saw another TL coming up behind me. I slowed to see if it was a FWD or AWD. I hadn't yet seen another AWD on the road. Low and behold, I saw the air ducts in the front. Another AWD! It was Black and it looked awesome in motion! I let him pass and we gave each other a thumbs up! It would have been good to cruise with him a few miles, but I had to pull off and barely made my exit in time!

Im seeing like 3 per day now. That pisses me off. The only thing I really liked about my
car was that it was unique. Im just going to have to look forward to all the mods that
become available for this car.

Ever since I picked mine up on April 1st; '09/TL/Tech/White, I've literally seen dozens in the NYC area; (Long Island, Westchester, 5 boro's, etc.). Mostly Grigio, or similar, some White, Black, & Mayan; SHAWD, & FWD. Be careful: The '09/TSX, has a similar front grille; the rear is totally different.

I seen another 09 TL FWD non tech on my way home today. I was following it for about 2 miles. I must say that the car looks like total sh!t without the rear spoiler or tech package for that matter. The rear is flat without it. Other than that, the side profile is very nice & the grille i could possibly live with.

I saw one for the first time today (besides mine) while driving to work. It was a FWD PMM, couldn't tell if it was a tech or not. What suck was mine is also in PMM, I'm glad i went with the AWD w/ tech.

The rims on the FWD are pretty nasty aren't they? It really makes the car look mediocre. I saw a CBP FWD on the I-5 in Valencia last Saturday, male driver about 45 yrs old? He didn't see me as I was already movin' in the fast lane.

I've spent the week up here in downtown LA and Hollywood (up from San Diego) and I've only seen two FWD 09's. I do see a rash of Mercedes up here that I don't see in San Diego. So I'm still pround my AWD is still very rare here in SoCal.

I agree. the rims on the FWD TL's are way too small for such a large car. They should have used the AWD wheels on the FWD & use the HPT wheels for the AWD.

A NBP parked right next to me yesterday, jeez it shows dirt :X I thought my blue was hard to keep clean
