I have only seen 1 maybe 2
at 1st rapid/almost missed it glance the new TSX almost makes you think it was a TL you just saw (tsx from the front at a certain angle)
2nd what color was the TL you saw?
3rd what color is your car?
4 was it a fwd or SH?
service writer said you can recognize the tech tls by the rear spoiler as has the rear view camera
so
5 tech or not?
6 last what part of the country?

I saw only one on the road so far here in Los Angeles, and that was 3 days before I got mine. It was Black Pearl like mine, didn't see the spoiler camera, ugly ass rims like mine, but the grill and bumper were not painted. This was 3 weeks before the AWD came out so it was base a 3.5 TL, but other than that I haven't see one! And I'm pretty happy about that, because I see about 6 or 7 older generation TL's DAILY, and I get a lot of looks, mostly haters. Only one guy so far actually asked me how I like it, and I said I love it of course, but not happy with the 17" lame ass rims. I'm still looking for something by the way, and getting desperate...

It's bizarre. So far, I've only seen ONE 4G on the road and it was a dealership's demo car being test driven by a prospect.

What's even more bizarre is I've so far seen only TWO 2G TSXs on the road, and it's been out for well over half a year!

What the heck's going on?

I have only seen 1 NBP fwd - and it was the very day I was driving a 4G loaner (my very 1st drive in a 4G, well except for the SH test drive 3 days b4) - the NBP had new car tags and no it wasn't right near the dealer
- 2G txs - I have seen maybe 3 or 4
3Gs this last several months - omg - 4 yrs had the only one at work - now there must be 6+. not to mention when I stopped at light in my NBP 3G - there could be 2 more on the opposite corners of the intersection (and good chance all were NBP)

There's a non tech, FWD, Basque Red at my school in Rockland NY. and I seen a white non tech FWD, White at the mall in Rockland too. Only two I've seen in the wild.

I've seen a handful of 2G TSX's, including a nice black one that I was side by side with when I got my tints done today.

Speaking of back east, how's the AWD handling with all those icy roads and Ice storms Wavehogger? You guys got hit pretty hard. It reminds me of that movie, Ice Storm. It's pretty funny to hear the local news stations talk about bad weather in LA! What a frickin' joke, I apologize on their behalf. We're so spoiled out here it's ridiculous!!! A little rain comes our way and they headline the news as: STORM WATCH 2008!!! RAIN HITS THE SOUTHLAND!!! Frickin' morons...

"I'm sick and tired of it...and I'm not going to take it anymore...!!!" - what movie? LOL

I have seen two in Calgary....One was Fwd Mayan Bronze (tech) and it looked fairly nice as it was driving towards me....The 2nd one was a SH-AWD (tech) in Borealis Blue. I spotted it in a parking lot while looking for my friends car. Very nice color but i will be honest and had mistaken it for a Camery when i drove by it and wasnt till i saw that damn bloated rear end did i know it was a 09 TL.

I have been seeing lots of 09 TSX's here though. Very nice design and IMO the new design fits the size of that car very well.

Thankfully, my very localized area didn't have much ice, and I didn't have to be out in any of it, but within 1-2 miles, and all points N & W, there was devastation! I'm not sure if the news is showing how horrible it is in much of Mass/NH. I have friends in the mountains within 20 miles and we're talking about so many trees/power lines/telephone poles, all down on almost every road in the towns, crippling and sad. I lived in San Diego years back and when it rained the roads did turn into slip and slides from all the oil on the roads, and I was surprised how bad it was. But mostly it was the idiots who were just driving like nothing was different and crashed into everything when they couldn't slow down like they normally do. Normally being hammering the brakes at every stop.

I own a 4g (2nd one) but have seen no 09's as of yet. I did see a new TSX a couple of weeks ago. Then again, I live at the "end of the road"!

Saw my first one on Friday, a silver base w/ Tech and it had dealer plates. Might have been a loaner since there was only 1 person in the car.

Haven't seen a single TL in the wild during my daily commute between Saint Paul and Minneapolis...have seen two other TSX's...a BRP, and a WDP...in the twin cities...

I've seen a white one and a grey one in the wild, both fwd's. Don't know if they were tech's or not. Seen dozens of the new TSX, and two RL's both black which looked sharp!

I own a 3G, but haven't seen a 4G yet except at a dealership. I live in the North Dallas area. Lots of new 3G's running around (with dealer tags) - they must be discounting those like crazy or something.

Nope.

But on another note, I was at the dealer last week and they had a black one displayed with the special 19" wheels (the ones that are black/silver combo like) and gotta admit that from the side it looked pretty nice. But then I walked around to the front and was like. hmmm.

Oh, I totally agree. The new TSXs look really really good. If Honda would just put a 3.2 litre V6 in there with about 270 bhp or something, it'd be perfect.

I saw one in the wild cruising down I44 in Southwestern Missouri. I was on the access road so I couldn't tell if it was AWD vs FWD. I also saw an 09 TSX in the wild along the same road months before. I was surprised because this part of the country is uh, downscale. The only cars I see are huge American SUVs and pickups. The Japanese or German cars are usually driven by military folks.

I saw another 09 TL in the parking lot of my office, FWD tech. However I consider that one domesticated or a house pet.

I just saw a White SH-AWD with what looked like the Umber interior (pumpkin!) today in the west side of the San Fernando Valley in So. Cal. It looked fantastic. I didn't even mind the 18" HPT and alloy rims. The windows might of been tinted too. I couldn't see the license plate as a car was in front of me, but it looked like it was on it's way back to Acura 101 in Calabasas. The white is growing on me..

I saw a burgundy 4G at Potomac Mills mall the other day. That's the only one not on the Acura lot. Again, it took a while before I saw other Lexus ISs' when I bought mine.

I really like my white. The aero kit, 18" chrome look wheels and white beak really improved the impact of the car. I think the wheels were the biggest improvement.

I saw a Borealis Blue Pearl FWD TL earlier this week on the road. It was hot as sex . It's the 3rd I've seen. I've numerous 09 RLs and 2nd gen TSXs are almost as common as 8th gen Accords in my area.
