how long did you wait for the computer to relearn after the intake install, cause a blinking check engine light normally means that the computer sees that the cat is in intiment (spelling???) danger/damage and goes into protect mode

the computer should have logged it in memory, so get it checked

blinking light means catastrophic error and could result in failure. Get to a place that reads codes. Or buy an obd2 sensor like me, it comes in handy a lot.

so do you have to do anything after installing a CAI other than just drive the car? reset the ECU perhaps?

I drove the car for about an hour with the intake installed before taking that video..... ill try making another video at the same speed and see if it happens again... what could cause the misfire? the car has 60 000 miles the spark plugs should be ok although I do plan on changing them soon

It probably just an emissions code.. could be a misfire, or AF ratio is too lean / rich especially with high RPM's & a new intake. Don't worry about it.. it's not catastrophic as it was suggested.
