O2 Sensor Issue Caused by Water?

I wanted to see if anyone had some insight on a recent issue with my 05 TL (75k miles). I was driving in upper Indiana while it was pouring and drove through a road with probably a 1' of water or so for no more than 5-10 seconds. I went on to drive fine for more than an hour. The next day I was driving, about an hour into the drive (nice and sunny the entire time) the check engine light went on. I plugged in my OBD sensor and read P0154, which came up as an O2 sensor issue. I also noticed when turning sharply that it sounds as if water or something moves in between the glove box and the engine bay. Car drives fine and no water leaked into the vehicle, any ideas?

Thanks
