2006 TL 6MT slipping
Hey guys,
I have a 2006 TL with the 6 speed manual transmission. I have some concerns. My transmission shifts perfectly driving normally and when I'm driving fast except for when I peel out from first gear going into second. when I take my foot off the clutch once in 2nd it's as if it slips or just doesn't engage. I'm just basically reving the car. Second gear won't engage unless I let the rpm lower a bit. Do you guys know what's wrong?

And when you do, be sure to spend an extra $209 (rockauto.com) and change the flywheel too! Take it from someone who learned the hard way:

I have not done this, but those who have say it made a huge difference for maximum performance shifting.
Good luck!
