decided to clean out the garage yesterday. wish i had some before pics to compare it to...but it was a major wreck!
i also found this little guy...in the garage!
not really sure what he was doing in there but whatever.
and lastly, gave the TL a bath.

yeah the turtle was a rare find...i also discoverd some mice, about 100 spiders, and sprickets.

thanks for the kind words everyone.
alright so yesterday i met up with dave (dwb993) and his friend jamie. we installed the new USR switchback side markers, drilled 2 holes in the shock tower (thanks rockstar143 'jeremy') for the idea, and lastly finished up the front sharksmouth grill with a black weatherstripping across the top...completes the look IMO.
regarding the USR switchbacks, they are made of good quality...DEPO, but they look nice nonetheless. my only gripe with them is that if you have an 07-08 type-s...you have to dremel the connector so that the OEM harness will plug in properly. also, the rear turn signal blinks just slightly out of sync with the rear side marker. this is because i don't have LED rear turn signals, just regular bulbs. the front switchback blinks perfectly with the front turn signal because i have vled switchbacks (led's) up front. so...looks like i'll be getting LED rears at some point soon. it's not TOO noticeable...but you can see a difference for sure.

Love your new avi, and thanks for the shout out on the shock tower hole...wasn't my idea, but was my execution! Glad it worked out, brother. Car looks great...DUDE...I can get to my rear sidemarkers with just removing the 1 clip and one screw thingy and just reach in, you REALLY removed a lot to get at it.
Also, meant to tell you...did you wire in the resistor for front/rear?! the .12 one, I think? or .24 one? If so, I think I paid $11 shipped for my super bright red led signals...much brighter than stock and will make them blink in sync.
