Hey Thanh...he's around, man...he's just laying low after the whole BS on FB. He did some things wrong on the customer service side, but he owned up to it. The customer wasn't all there either though, I recall all the bs with that kid.
Anyway, I would park next to you on purpose...you have better photography skill, you have better paint for no swirls to show and you have a gorgeous gf. So I have to take my shots where I can.
PS:
Best flashlight I've ever bought...hands down. Love...

glad you made a watermark....time for a facebook page
#8489
These are just for you! White is back...
Love the individual led's being visible.
show off a little of Wacker's work...Aaron helped out by making the decal for the "A"...
Thanks fellas!
We all need it! I didn't tripod this one so a little shaky, the D7000 does a decent job of fixing it though.

^Anil figured it out. It's the teal that demands the white. Not the car itself. That's why amber never "clicked".
Makes so much sense now. Lol
Edit: Did Wacker freehand the silver rings?
Edit 2: Anil: Wait until you see this torque pro theme lol...

Gorgeous pictures J! I didn't like LR at first but now I love it. I don't do much, just minor tweaks, but they are worth it

Thanks Fellas!
Tyler, yeah, I uploaded and deleted and UN retouched some them reuploaded today. Minor tweaks are all I usually need. There were some that I had taken and didn't realize the camera was on +2 exposure
J.
Anil, I totally agree, man...it was the teal in the headlights that made me second guess too. The amber ALSO accentuated the yellowing of an aged lens...the 6k blue doesn't!
Chad, no sir...Aaron made him some tiny Acura decals to use as a template to spray over.

Love the TL, especially them rims.
I noticed you changed tails... again.
I think you should just rock mis-matched tails... And then from there only shoot one half of the car any time you feel like showing off one type of tail light :p

I guess I should start reading the manual for my d7000. Betty came out with with me to record a video...came out super blurry. Exhaust sounds sweet though!

So, did a little research and I was NOT prepared to record video with my DSLR...it's cute that they offer the functionality but really it's not the camera's forte'. From what I gather, you have to set it up to record and has to pretty much stay put otherwise it has a hard time focusing while rolling. Who knows, I'll have to mess around with it.

Auto focus is trash. I usually manually focus it, keep it there, and pray it turns out alright

Thank you for changing your watermark, that green was obnoxious.
Car looks great as usual, but since you've gotten the camera, your skills have gotten better, and I like your new approach to getting closer to things
I noticed you said the pic was a bit shakey, but I wondered if your lens(es) have VR? If so, you can kinda get away with lower shutter speeds. I've seen some hand held shots on Flickr with like a 1/15 shutter and it still looks sharp granted, you have to keep it steady and not shake like a leaf to begin with.
Also, about video, idk if Nikon is the same as Canon, but most DSLRs won't auto focus during video, on my camera, I have to press a button and it hunts for the proper focus. And manually focusing on the fly can be a bit of a bitch when doing video.

Great pictures as always
curious though, thought about changing the caliper covers to electric blue? and with the way your rear is so big.. ... ever thought about getting bigger exhaust tips? like th GTR or Caddy V-CTS? it doesnt have to be that much larger but I think something a little bit more would flow better in your pictures.. mind you these are extremely small details but just wanted to add 2 cents

about the video, good to know, I need to read up on it anyway...I need to see where the manual is. I don't think it was in the box. I'd need to buy one online.

I DO have a set of brembo 2 pot caliper covers coming that I may try and incorporate with the RDX OR just mount on their own...I also have black and white Brembo decals on the way. I may switch the brembo wording to white to stand out more. We'll see!
About the exhaust tips, I agree...I'm working with Richie to hopefully help come up with a dedicated base tip that'll look like a more robust version of the oem tip. Thanks for the suggestions and for stopping in, man!
J.
Also, new owner of my works.

You should be able to view/download the manual in a PDF directly from Nikon's website.

That's why I said view/download, you don't have to print it! Better yet, download the PDF and send it to your phone! You can view them with Adobe's app on Android.

I keep it in my bag at all times in case I have to troubleshoot. But then again I always have my phone (and I'm sure you do too) so having the manual on your mini tablet S4 would be nice.

Bish, my phone screen is normal size!
#8520
Yes, your screen is normal size to fix in your little teeny bopper hand!
OKAY! Figured out the issue...mah camera was set to "manual" movie mode but my lens and body was in auto mode. GOT IT!
Now I know...for fixed video and for better perfect quality, it should be in manual mode and set everything as normal. But for on the fly recording, it needs to be set to AUTO mode so it engages auto focus etc...I'll give it another whirl with Betty today.
Shoot...not bad for a low light setting
Oh, WADDUP NUKKA?!?!
Or the "AYYYEEE SHAWTTTYY...that must be jelly cause jam don't shake like that, holla back"
