I typically hate black, but Hondas Nighthawk Black Pearl is the only color I really like.
But only when its like glass and you can see all the blue pearl. Its like a totally different color when the sun hits it.

Quick weekend update:
using channel locks, was able to remove the fitting for the mishimoto shift knob. I'd been wanting to switch around my shift knobs for a bit now. Put the monsterknobs low boy one back on. I dig the mishimoto because it gives more torque since it's taller, but the monster knobs is comfy since it's round and I can rest my hand on top instead of a side grip.
Also, after Andy and Anil mentioned it, I picked up a can of this silicone wrap spray for the exhaust wrap. Had to do it all while on the car but figured it was better than nothing. Pieces of box to keep overspray off bottom of car. Also, thought it was clear, ended up being white. Oh well.
Goof off is my friend anyway.

I'll grab a few new shots, honestly though...I don't like losing the leverage of being a sunken knob. Especially paired with the short shift, you really have to be precise to get it in gear.
Hmmm...I wonder about a much TALLER round shift knob. Or I can stop being such a freak and just pick and keep one.
