Sean calls a lot of people vag's...I think in his world it means "close friend".
I think my car is a super expensive sports car...DUH!
and it wouldn't take much to get that Scion to be perfectly powered enough to get in trouble, either. I'd rather have an issue of making more power than having to engineer how to get my TL to be RWD (and no, I'm NOT counting when I drive in reverse...in reverse, I'm RWD and RHD and datz JDM, yo!).

...HA, I'm NOT falling for that one again!
Ok, I've seen the ILX and thought it looked cool but this must be the base model. Looks like an old Sonata
and for all you pervs out there...my favorite Miami Marlin cheerleader.

ILX isn't a bad looking car but it's not drool worthy either.
What about the other cheerleader?

The ILX looks good, but not $30,000 good.

lol if someone can cram an LS1 into something like a Miata or an S2000, I feel the FRS should be no problem. Plus one of the D1GP guys already put the ISF V8 under his drift FRS' hood.

As I mentioned above, the hood line is VERY low. The 2UR-GSE powered 86 had extensive firewall work down to push the engine back. Im not doing that.
Another issue, if I were to...say.....make an adapter plate to couple the stock AZ6 tranny and a J series block is where the crank lines up with the input shaft of the transmission. The FA20 and AZ6 transmission is mounted quite high in the engine bay/transmission tunnel. The space under the engine (and theres tons of it) is taken up by the exhaust manifold and catalytic converter. If you were to take any regular 60* V engine and line the crank up with the input shaft, you'd have tons of room below but not much above.
I've thought about swapping in an EZ36 (3.6l flat 6 out of a Legacy). Im pretty sure it would fit, but from what we've been seeing so far, the FA20 is a VERY capable engine with FI and I really like having Direct Injection and port injection, as that means more boost.
Thank you. At least someone has some sympathy.
