Wasn't a friend of yours supposed to buy it? Would've been nice to be able to check in on it from time to time!
Forgot to ask via PM, but in the off chance you have any extra parts leftover, lmk

Q, will do...although with one car needing things and not wanting to bastardize the other, I don't have a lot.
Marco, mostly with everything...I swapped over the koni/h&r combo and it has the aspecs that were refinished that came on the blue car on it...but everything else is pretty much the same. Drives like a damn smooth dream.
About the old boss, Kevin is right...it was nice to have a for sure sale...but he would have been a PITA about every bulb that goes out. He was also complaining about needing to put premium in it. My poor baby.

Congrats on the new car as nice as your black one was I cant wait to see what you do with kbp. It's a pain swapping parts between cars. When I got my cl I swapped over almost every part from my tl. It took about a week working on it every day after work.

Stephen! YES! That's what I thought...never realized that swapping is like two damn motherfkng installs for EVERYTHING. So you have to pick what you leave behind, and what you take and if it's worth it and will it change value at all etc.
What are you peeps stuffing your armrest with? The blue TL needs that very badly...
Johnny, no way Joshua! I already have 2 sets of 8.5 aspec...and type s waffles...and advan.
I will probably sell the waffles...keep the original aspec finish ones...and put the advan on. Refinished aspec will go on the black car to sell. They visually separate it from all the other base nbp TL's for sale.

LOL, Joe...
I don't know for sure that they're for sale. They're definitely more round than a triangle...but I suspect there was a cv boot tear at some point...there's caked on goodness that I need to go at and scrub more.

I don't know why I asked (I know why I asked), because all I'd be doing is replacing a set of scuffed waffles.
On a car that needs to get sold anyway.
So I shouldn't be putting more money into it.
But I can't help it!

I know, I've been slacking,
well, not really...only in picture taking.
Heads are done...waiting on ijdm and an hid relay kit to come in for the wiring to be done while bumper is off...I was gonna replace just the relays but the wiring was too far gone and both gave me trouble just testing them, so I'm not gonna tempt fate. Out with the old salty wiring.
if it's gonna take a while anyway, I'll probably wait and get the bumpers painted/aspec put on in the meantime.

Kev...no doubt, man...it is nice. Shoot, drove black yesterday, yellow today...just missing blue in that rotation but no sense in rushing and having to install and uninstall things just to rush.

I used 1/2" thick foam from Michaels. Me and LuvMyTLS worked on it over a couple of hours.

Yeah it's not cheap cost wise but quality, it's the same as a $10 eBay one. If you're paying $30 bucks, might as well get $30 bucks worth yadaimean?
I'm just in this mindset of getting the best bang for your buck. I hate ijdmtoy because they play off people's ignorance for money. They probably Go buy a $10 eBay relay (at cost is probably 5 bucks for them) and go and sell it for $35 having done nothing
/soapbox
I don't like seeing my friends get ripped off
