^^ He just picked it up, I sent him to napa with part numbers for the gaskets as he will need new gaskets to go along with the exhaust. He is planning on installing it today.

If I drive slowly slow, no drone, but when it gets to 1900 rpm, it starts untul 2900 rpm... I think
Same if I floor it a little on a ramp while going with 75mph

^^ It could be the test pipe then, as I have resonated 3rd cat delete from richie. Put your OEM 3rd cat on to see if that eliminates the drone you are mentioning.
