I dunno
From this I understand that it's not a Flickr thing
Links or url stuff we copy from that sharing section is not something AZ likes

Yeah it was easy to copy that way but hope it's something temp.

I think you can still do the share and just pic the image link (take all the ref details out) and enclose the link in img tags....well anyway

Meko...i know you know about cameras....your shots are a proof of that....

and ohh you naive little fellow once you are closer to getting married/buying a house ALLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL of your saved $$$ will automatically disappear.....ask me where my GTR money went....I could have walked in a dealership and bought a 2012 Brand spanking new Black series GTR and paid the dealer in CASH !!!....all of that went to the house and wedding and stuff like that....

I almost went to a corner and cried a tear....now with more life changing events enroute, I dont think I will be able to own an exotic sports car (GTR/Maserati GT/Porsche all preowned btw) for the next 10-12 years....yup....

As much as the 6MT sounds tempting, i would rather put that 4K in getting a SC and call it a day....with AT you can carry the boost to the next gear ....again, yes MT is fun to drive, you feel connected to the car but you wont gain any ponies, you will lose roughly 100-150 lbs in weight and if you ever decide to sell the car it will be difficult....I would put that $$$ in the engine, I spoke to Paul (he is in NJ/NY as well) and he charges $4200 for technically a brand new engine a stroked 3.6L (RL Crank, RL rods, Type S Pistons, ported and polished heads, Type S cams/springs/retainers/etc....another couple hundred bucks and you will have dual intakes....this will easily put you above the 330-340whp mark if you couple it with exhaust mods, tune, etc....I would rather go that route

New GTR in cash, huh?
Jeez.
Well, in the long run, the wife and house will be a better return on your happiness anyway.
You'd get bored with the GTR eventually. It's human nature.

Zach, you got some nice components though, man. You sign up for pricepoint? they have free shipping offers and killer prices on all things bike very often.

well I have been saving up for the car since it first came out in 2009...I paid my car off in 2009 and started putting the car payment + extra in the savings every month....back in the days HSBC was paying a lot of interest on savings....

plus the wifey had her savings, so yeah....I do agree with you bud, the house did bring a lot of joy that the car will never be able to fulfill but well to think about it, I never wanted to be 45-50 year old driving a Corvette or a Porsche or a Maserati....so i need some extra strategy LOL....start a Anil's dream car pot? Meko has already contributed $2000 to it haha

I saved all my parts in price point and found a place called chainreactioncycles and saved about $120 extra dollars! got XT FD, XT RD, XT 2x10 crank, XT cassette, XT chain, XT shifters all for $548!

You want GTR that crazy huh
Ok I am not getting married hahaha
J. is right plus GTR will make you waste more money after the first day of purchase
Remove that, add that, add that, install this blah blah
Well, girlfriend is worse actually...

Of course you would get bored of a AT car , except TL

Casette? Casette player? You have casette player on your bike?

Ok bike time now
I love sports, and trying to do all of them, but since MTB is expensive and hard to carry around, I stay away from it.
(that's why I always rent when I go to kayaking and blah blah)

There are crazy awesome spots in NH and MI that I always see people go down the hill with their crazy bikes that has like brembo brakes on them

Usually at ski areas, I get jelly, I want it too
We go up there with couple family friends every year. Rented the same house again (some of you might remember form last year)

but no bike again
Teach me

We got a bike for brother but not a MTB
It's Trek 7.2 hybrid

pricepoint & chainreactioncycles
is a nice spot that I could shop from?

you crazy LOL....

either the engine build or the SC....SC adds 100hp but steals away 50-ish....all the SC folks you see are around the 300-325 mark....unless they dig into the heads and reduce compression....

engine build, you wanna add compression and rev more....and I have seen Andy hit the 330-340whp mark on his Base 5AT....heads, bisi cams, etc....Since this is my daily am gonna go with Type S cams...yes, it will still be a decent gain on the base

and depends on the girlfriend....I really thank GOD because I got lucky with the wifey....she is just awesome....the ex-girl wanted things which I didnt and we clashed a lot, I hope and wish the best for her but we didnt mix well....so just proceed with caution, coz you dont wanna get married and then go down the divorce route....the ex and I were pretty serious (dated for like 2 and half years) but I really wasnt 100% sure if I wanted to marry her....ya know....

and car is a process...even if you buy a Ferrari Fxx and only get to drive it on track, you will still wanna do something to it...yes getting anything done on the GTR will be 100x expensive but still, cat delete and downpipe, upgraded BOV, ADV1 rims, CF hood and trunk...I think I will not want to do anything more to it LOL

I can't deal with all of that and no experience here

$4200 for technically a brand new engine a stroked 3.6L (RL Crank, RL rods, Type S Pistons, ported and polished heads, Type S cams/springs/retainers/etc....another couple hundred bucks and you will have dual intakes...

^^This has nothing to do with SC right? Dual intake you mean like the one Bruce has?

I don't trust the relationships during college
After you graduate you change a lot... people too
and yeah divorce route sucks
Glad you are happy with her

What else is left to do for GTR after that list anyways

yes....either you go the SC route and make 300-325whp or you get the engine and couple mods from Bruce and you make 330-ish whp....either or

cant do both LOL....

and well you know relations in college is fun....the drama is just awesome "why is she texting you", "were you checking that girl out?", missed calls and texts while you have been gone for 30 minutes....JUST EPIC !!!

but I do have many many friends who have been dating since college and still doing good...I think its all about finding that compatible partner who you can live with how you want to without her having a problem...and it works both ways

OR buy an older (2009-2010) GTR and ship her off to Switzer....get the P600....and rape street cars....sleeper status

But I wanted both
hahaha

Engine mod + MT swap, I am ok with but no SC
or at least this could go pretty well with MT swap
3.7 mani, ZDX TB, and pnp runners build thread

Exactly, if it's the right person, you'll probably feel it.
If not, why waste time or give too much responsibility.

Could do the same stuff with others too and have fun at the same time and you are not depended on them as well. Free

Well, sometimes they start to think it's getting serious but...that's rare haha
Then you run away

60k for a GTR
That's not badd

ONce again nice pics!! but on to MTBs if you are looking for parts then pricepoint and chainreactioncycles is a good place to buy parts. there are also nashbar.com and a few others. As far as buying a bike I would either buy from ebay or from a local shop. I bought my first bike in late 2009 and it was a 2010 Giant Revel 0 26" hardtail. Got me where I needed to go and got me really more involved in MTBing. Then I figure Id go the cheaper route (ballin on a budget) and bought a 2009 anthem X frame which came with a fox rear shock for $250 and bought a new front rockshox air fork and just transferred all my shitty components to the new frame. 1 thing ive learned is start out with a full suspension bike cuz hardtails on extreme terrain just bounce you all over the place. Get a bike with decent components like Shimano SLX and up and SRAM x7 and up. It can be expensive but I love it! even bought me a 1500 lumen LED headlight to ride at night for extended hrs of riding!

Its not too bad to transport a MTB with our cars. Me and Jeremy both have a 1 1/4" hitch that allows us to get a 2 bike carrier and the trunk has plenty of room to haul gear and shit! I actually like my car better than my truck with the setup. I can keep everything in the trunk and its safe and secure!

Steven....you are 55 so you are good

Everytime I see a 40-45 year old driving a brand new shiny Corvette, the first thing that comes to mind is "mid life crisis".....In your case its perfect, what comes to mind is "you have fulfilled all your responsibilities and now its time to splurge a little bit"....

I would love to have something by 35 but I know its not happening, UNLESS !!!

How much would they give for your TL, have you even though about that?

Where is the rest of the car?

Unless this....I had an idea for an iphone app and had a company develop it....started back in 2011 but we ran into a glitch, the company developing it went bankcrupt so had a court case and stuff...while that was being settled my room-mate (from back in NY) and I, we were working on it....fast forward to today, its almost done should be out in a month or 2....

also have an idea for a new website, might be out in the next month or 2....depending on their success, we will see

and not its not a porn website

Please do not buy a bike from target if you want a good bike u gotta pay. full suspension bike that are good start at about $1700. or $1500 from ebay.

I personally love Giant bikes. I really want a 2013 Giant trance X

but ill never pay $4000 for a MTB. thats y I bought a frame and built it up so now I have like a $2500-$3000 dollar bike that only cost me $1000 to do!
