When my wife and I drove the Pacific Coast Highway for our honeymoon last year, we tried to get a Camaro convertible. We had to settle for a Mustang convertible.......
Renting one?
Should

USA/Florida/Orlando/Walt Disney World/Epcot/Test Drive

I love the new design Camaro
and I guess Mustang will be similar to it as well, I mean the front end

Nope....adding one to my garage!
The pictures you just posted were what I hoped the new Corvette would have looked like. I saw this car, in person, 3 years ago in Kansas City at the Auto Show.

I do know that...Steven never makes a car decision without talking to me....

I told him to wait for the first model year to roll out and have issues and buy the next years model (2015)....this was Chevy can rectify all the issues (which is common in 1st year models)

I've always loved the Maserati Gran Turismo's. But they lose value A LOT. Plus, a friend of mine owns an MC Stradale. He loves the car, the Italian electronics (NAV) are not the best, he says.....
We've (Anil and I) have been talking about a new Cayman S too.

Who could wait if you planned to take that road
Be the first one Steven, pre order one
Anil could fix the car if something happens haha

Damit forgot to put the Camaro videos together
Tomorrow

Oh Anil I am going to NYC tomorrow
Is there big difference on the price between Cayman S and C7?
I would say go with C7. Not a fan of Porsche unless you go with some GT3 or Turbo

Rest looks cheap...especially besides a C7

On the way to Miami, after passing 130-140mph, inside cabin starter to get warmer, I am guessing it turned off A/C by itself
M3 has something like that I think

For the C7, I have always wanted the burnt orange.
And about the Cayman S, I've never been "over the top" about Porsche's looks....they're nice. But they don't grab me and say, "buy me........NOW!" But I know they're the best driving car on the road today....especially in the upper echelon cars. I'm so "visual" when it comes to cars.
The C7's really stand out to me. They look like the F12 Berlinetta's-and that's not a bad thing.

I think I'm going to fix my DRL Led module JUST so I can run Amber in the high beam, that looks friggin gorgeous.
Nice work Meko! Thanks for all the pictures...the point and shoot did good work, actually. Surprising...vids were decent even too!
J.
Anil, for sure, man...buried deep and ALSO sometimes I assume people can tell my intent!
Steven, my neighbor that used to sweat my car just traded in his 03 civic for that burnt orange c7 z06 with black wheels...I am in love with it.

Thanks guys, but the rolling video doesn't look great quality I don't know why, will check that one again
Austin, reason I like orange because pulls attention way more than white, but that triton you just installed still visible and bright during day time
Having 2 different colors is what I like at the front-end
J, I couldn't figure out your headlights. When you click the lock/unlock, your upper fogs turned on
Me no comprende
and it was yellow stock bulb color
what did you do

^^^ Meko, I think his upper fogs are connected to the indicators...
so Indicators have 3 wires, power, ground and indicate....he has the upper fogs connected to the power wire so they come on when he unlocks/locks his car....atleast this is what I remember from reading in his thread....
Jeremy, I like it simple you know....for the life of me, I have not used sarcasm as a tool....at work I have never been political....I like to keep it very simple so that the other person does not have to spend time to decode my message....pretty soon I realized, simple is good but sarcasm is cool....I have been trying to work on that "cool" part since it sure is needed to climb the corporate ladder and apparently to make friends and above all to be well, cool

Thanks adminAnil, my upper fogs are connected to indicators.
When I lock/unlock or turn on parking lights, all 4 turn on
When he locked the car at the meeting his signals didn't turn on I mean parking bulbs... only upper fogs turned on

Am I right J?
So that's why me no get how the heck did that happen

I am sure it's not the indicator wire too. Because I tapped my upper fogs to indicator first
and they turned on with the signals

Anil, I didn't go in to Manhatten. Just JFK to pick up cousin... so couldn't eat at the place you said

Had A/C on full time
Had one passenger
and I am positive my speed was at least 80 all the time
Saw 100+ as well for pretty long... well my style of driving
+95F
Half tank 210miles
I love this car
This was my first NYC trip after CAI, TB bypass
and dude even in this weather, hot engine bay, car still feels quick
Amazed me again

Response feels like car just started up...cold engine bay

and I love whenever I take a picture of my car at that parking spot, front rim spokes always sit right haha I don't do it on purpose.Just noticed they sit straight again

Steven, that Cayman S would be sweet IMO. I guess it would depend on how much straight line performance vs twisty performance you really want, since I'm sure the Cayman couldn't hang with the Vette down the 1/4 mile.

For sure, KJ!
Personally, I think the Stingray has more of the looks. The Cayman has more of the performance. I just wish the Porsche was sexier looking.....

Anil, I got you, man. Trust me, you're not the first to get the impression that I'm a huge ahole pos and then find out I mean no harm by it. My main goal, really, is to NOT hurt people's feelings and get the most laughs out of people. Life is serious, if we can smile every day, we're doing alright.
Meko, I like to try and innovate, but I have to give you FULL credit here, man. I'm 100% on board with getting the amber back on the car. My oem sidemarkers are back on already, and front parking lights are amber leds (although they have smd leds that do double duty as parking AND signal so you can't really tell it's signaling when parking is on, might have to address that)...and yesterday I ordered a set of amber LED lights for my upper fogs. My upper fogs were on with nothing else because I have a DRL module...any time the low beams are NOT on, the upper fogs are (I have a kill switch for this too). In this case, once the amber is reinstalled, I'll be able to run the amber snake eyes look. I had that with the 6K all around too...but I got bored of it.
To be honest, the 5500K Osram CBI started a light changing revolution once I saw that none of my other "white" matched. So, as it stands, I'll have amber corners and upper fog (as DRL during day, like the new dodge darts)...then 5000K low beam CBI, and I just ordered 5000K bulb for my inspire fogs. I had gotten 3000K but the yellow glare doesn't look as good as I'd hoped.
Always doing SOMETHING!

^^^that set of shots are what convinced me that was the route I want to go. On NBP, I think it'll look amazing too.
Only difference is I refuse to tap lower fog trigger to parking lights. I don't want to have to remember to turn them on and off to avoid killing ballast with car lock/unlock.

Jeremy, do the Amber....LOOKS FANTASTIC on the NBP....the only reason I switched back from switchbacks to my Amber bulbs was because of the contrast....looks AWESOME....

You'd just need to swap the lower fog relay with one of the relays that has a built-in time delay, that way they need constant power for 10 seconds before they'll fire up.

John, awesome info, thanks man...I just may go that route. It's as simple as popping out the old relay and popping in the new one, even a caveman could do that.
Hmmmbut white looks great with white TL
+ leds you have is kind of bluish... looks way betterBut amber could stand out better
Try it haha

Thanks Tyler!!Who said put the amber lens back in

Hard to find leds to match 5k Osram
What did you order for upper fogs? 18led orange bulb?
They are not really visible during day time, let me tell you that
double duty as parking AND signal so you can't really tell it's signaling when parking is on
Is what I hate with mine. Ok I have orange tritons but wish parking was bright as signals, and when I turn on the signals, whole output turned on and off

Where did you order 5k for inspires from? Hope not HIDEXTRA
My fogs are kind of bluish, doesn't match to Osrams
